An exceptional experience from start to finish. Dior made my experience fundamentally professional with a perfect balance of relaxed and humour thrown in for good measure. I consider myself a difficult person to "sell to" but I couldn't fault her demeanour and knowledge, she very obviously loves her job. All deadlines were met she was understanding and just made the whole process so easy.

I recently purchased a Mini from Sytner Harold Wood MINI. Dior was my sales advisor and was so so lovely! She was patient with me whilst I decided exactly what I wanted and was quick to find cars that suited what I was looking for. Dior is so friendly and welcoming and I felt so comfortable with her. Dior explained everything in detail to me, never made me feel forced to make any decision and was always available for a follow-up if I had any questions etc. I am really happy with the service I received from Dior and LOVE my Mini :)

An exceptionally smooth professional service when buying my car with Dior. I was surprised she is only an apprentice at Mini-Harold Wood because she handled the sale so expertly. She was really helpful and answered my many questions. I would highly recommend Dior and Sytner mini and Jess.

I recently bought a Mini from Sytner Harold Wood and got great service from Dior. She was friendly, helpful and very patient throughout our negotiations! The car was well prepared when I came to pick it up and Dior guided me through all the controls and Apple Play. Would recommend both Dior and Sytner.

shocking after sales was told I was getting new rear tyres and rear brake pads and as of yet still not done never got to test drive this vehicle still had to pay was at the dealership 3 hours.

Dior is an apprentice sales person. We were thrilled with her customer service and her patience . We had a very annoying technical incident when trying to pay our final bill .this took almost an hour to resolve. Through the whole experience Dior was calm and resolved the issues with skill. We also think she was highly knowledgable about the car and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. Sytner are very lucky to have someone with such amazing customer facing skills. We wouldn’t hesitate in asking for Dior to buy another car from the company .

Really happy with Dior and the rest of Synter Sales team who made the whole process go very smoothly. And we now have a fantastic new Mini that our daughter loves and which looks fantastic!

Great service at Mini Harold Wood, Harvey always done a great job at keeping me up to date with my new car and was really polite and helpful on my handover date.

Ordered the car in February whilst there were delays in the delivery (November), My contact at Sytner, particularly Lois Rogers kept me updated at all times and was always available to discuss delivery progress. Lois was always easy and a delight to deal with.

On arrival I had a problem with my vehicle Sales assistant Rebecca McCue-Martin took the time and had the patience to help me for 10 minutes and I hadn't even stated why I was there her service was impeccable from start to finish and then on discussing finances her business manager Jess was again helpful,knowledgeable and professional.All in all a perfect and thoroughly professional service was provided thank you both.

Sytner Mini - Harold Wood

Have recently had the pleasure of buying a new Mini from the team at Mini-Harold Wood. @JesTysterman and @DiorAmar were both a pleasure to deal with and made the whole end to end process completely painless, making the purchase of the car an enjoyable experience! I will especially cheerish the Ipad knuckle drag technique taught to me by Dior, there is no end to this lady's skills (over and above selling cars of course). Seriously though, an A1 buying experience from this team, would highly recommend a visit if you are looking to purchase a new Mini.

Excellent service
I have been driving the same make (small manual ) cars for the last 30 years. Unfortunately that make is no longer considered reliable.
From my friends and colleagues who own a Mini Cooper they stated that this is the best car they have driven. As Mini is made by BMW I was not confident driving it,assuming the car will be too powerful to drive. I asked one of my colleague of their opinion if they can see me drive a Mini. They replied they could and told me that I should visit the BMW dealer based in Romford to test drive it.
I searched on the internet for the BMW dealer in Romford and the result showed Sytner Harold Wood, I asked my colleague to confirm if this is the correct company which they did. I read the Sytner Harold Wood’s website and it stated I need to book an appointment to test drive the Mini.
After building the courage I phoned the main number for Sytner, the receptionist put me through Harvey Page who works at the Harold Wood branch. I was amazed of the number of questions Harvey asked me such as how am I going to travel to the showroom I told him it will be by train as I only drive at my own vicinity where I am confident. He told me that once I arrive at the station then he will collect myself and my husband, to take us to the showroom. He assured me that I will be fine with test driving a Mini. He booked an appointment for us to attend and before the appointment, he phoned me twice to assure me that I will be fine.
On the day I test drove the Mini and was satisfied with it. Harvey was aware of my requirements and he quickly found me the car I wanted. As the car was based at Sytner’s other branch. He requested the car to be transferred to the Harold Branch. Once this was done he sent me virtual videos of the car and provided me with updates on it.
Now I am proud owner of the Mini Cooper and I would like to thank Harvey for all his assistance, in his excellent customer service, for going out of his way to boost my confidence in driving a Mini. Harvey has dealt with me in a professional manner , he has got excellent customer service and he has been very patient with me.

We didn’t know which car we were going to replace our Nissan with. Looked around a number of manufacturers with differing levels of customer service from a perfunctory hello to being completely ignored.
Can’t say the same for Harold Wood Mini. Last showroom of the day back in February and hadn’t considered Mini till that point. Straight away greeted by Dior with a very friendly Hi how can we help. From that point on the experience was fantastic. No trouble to test drive there and then. And in the model and gearbox we enquired about. So good was the couple hours that we orders there and then. Throughout the wait for our JCW Dior has kept us regularly updated and was as excited as we were for our purchase.
Day of delivery was great. All wrapped up looking perfect. No long drawn out affair sorting paperwork. All in order and ready to go as soon as.
We are extremely happy with the excellent service from all the team we dealt with but especially Dior, friendly, helpful and would’ve come in on her day off to deliver our new car if required. Thank you so much for everything and we are absolutely loving our mini experience so far.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Darren from Mini, he was over accommodating for anything we asked or needed and nothing was too much.
He showed kindness for our 2 year old as soon as we sat down and gave him snacks out of his drawer.

I had a very pleasant sales person ordering my new mini way back in April a young man called Tom .as the months passed,Harvey Page had taken over from Tom,
Who I am very impressed with he kept me informed when the car turned up,what it looked like by video and when I could receive it.the morning I took possession of it Harvey showed me all the things I needed to know with the car and also put an app on my phone for me so I know where I have left it and if it’s locked ,which I find amazing,Harvey was very patient with me if there was something I didn’t understand he would explain it again .overall i am very pleased with my purchase and Harvey .nice touch also with the Prosecco from anton thank you all Mrs mary stirling

Overall experience was ok but was very disappointed that the car was meant to be delivered to my house on Wednesday 31/08 by 7pm. I had to go to work at 8.30pm as car still hadn’t arrived and it turned up at 9.05 pm in the dark and I wasn’t going to accept it in the dark. I think there’s too much pressure put on salesman, why would he be asked to still deliver a car after 9 in the dark unless agreed?
