When I collected my new bike after 2.5 hour trip I felt like a valued customer and Raj made me feel special. Something Fishy at Sytner Motorrad
I've been a customer of BMW Motorrad in Wolverhampton and I've not always seen eye to eye with them, but over the last couple of years they have stepped up customer services. Who says there's no such thing as a free lunch?
Raj sorted the Fish and Chip event a treat (or was it a treat of an event)? Pity the weather wasn't better, but that's the UK in November I suppose.

Shocking workmanship
Informed via another BMW Main Dealer that the last "Mechanic" who serviced my bike stripped the threads on the Sump Bolt and tried to cover it up with what looks like a Locktite sealant. This has left me unable to get to work with who knows when I can get my bike fixed and back.
In addition to them missing a Cam Gasket leak which became evident following its first journey 3 miles after its service.
So much for buying a low mileage BMW with a full BMW Service History! Hopefully they will recitify this promptly. Sytner Chairman and UK BMW Customer Service involved so far

Absolute joke
Absolute joke, booked my bike in for a service, dropped off the Saturday before sales team excellent and e-mailed service to say bike was here and keys in safe. Roll on Thursday (day of service & MOT) expecting a phone call to say bike ready to collect, nothing. Chased Friday only to be told sorry didn't know your bike was on the premises!! and no work had been done. Was told bike would be done Monday and MOT Tuesday. Roll on Saturday collected the bike ok no problems, got home only to find my number plate missing, immediately returned to dealership to be told it must have fallen off on the way home, asked to see the CCTV footage of me leaving to see if it was on but was told no i couldn't see the footage. Safe to say I wont be using them again and would advise others not to, Sales team were excellent though.

Refreshing change
Wanted to buy a new motorbike and having previously dealt with dealers that that make it difficult to buy from, Raj at Sytner Motorrad was a breath of fresh air. The whole purchasing process was swift and pain free. I found Raj very attentive and responsive to any questions I may have had.
