Absolutely fantastic service provided by Josh I and Pindi. Great communication and hand over of my GT4RS. An OPC that exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, there is no way of rating my experience with this dealership as less than 1 star. Has the market for luxury vehicles really devalued by 50% post COVID… No… This dealership prays on individuals who trust their interests with a Company like Sytner. Having purchased numerous vehicles with a total capital exceeding £100,000 in the space of 3 years, I am now in a position where it will actually cost me to hand back my current car to Porsche Sytner - why…. The market has moved by 50% in 3 years. No regard for customers and loyalty, no regard for due process and transparency relative to their finance agreements and misleading advice at the point of purchase that is fundamentally reversed at the point of sale. The dealership demostrates a serious lack of integrity and is irresponsible in how it treats its customers…. STAY AWAY

I went to have new tyres fitted to my car. The service was exceptional, as well as fitting the tyres, they printed me a build report on my car, they did a check on the car and also cleaned it. Great surroundings to sit and wait, with very attentive people. They also took the car for a test drive when finished. The cost was very competitive, and the service i received could not be matched.

We had an excellent experience from Lloyd Valdes who when above our expectations in all aspects of our journey from start to finish when purchasing our new Porsche Taycan. He certainly exceeded expectations, I'd highly recommend him.

Sytner group are my favourite vehicle franchise. I have bought multiple vehicles from their different brands - including high value luxury performance vehicles. My 2 latest purchases have been from Solihull.

Service is second to none, inventory is carefully curated and all purchases are backed by industry leading warrantys - you will pay a little above typical market prices but you get a lot for it in return!

So careful is their selection process, they refused to take in a vehicle I wanted to part exchange when buying my current vehicle. I really looked after the car and it still didn't meet their selection criteria.

Other franchises & independent dealerships should really take note, this is how you sell vehicles!

My only criticism is that after sales could be improved. It's the only area they are lacking in, however they are still far better than most.

Oh and I never received those Silverstone Trackday Experiences that I was guaranteed when purchasing my last 2 vehicles. Please don't offer things you don't intend on giving, it's insulting and beneath you. You'll easily sell cars without promising what you dont intend on giving.
I followed this up on 4-5 separate occasions (in person, via email & via telephone), was promised that they'd get back to me and they never did.
