I spent nearly £5k for a service and…
I spent nearly £5k for a service and warranty and the courtesy car was filthy. I asked for a Cayenne as I had come into the showroom before and said I was interested in a purchase. I was looking forward to this experience of the cayenne but it was so dirty everywhere. It was embarrassing and left me with sour taste. This is Porsche not Arthur Daley!!
I also asked for the PIWIS report the page that contains the DME/Engine Control Unit faults? for my car as it had faults relating to works carried out to the engine previously but I’ve not received this!
Not only that but since I had it back Ive noticed the trim inside is loose when they said they had fixed it and there is a scuff on the passenger seat which wasn’t there before.
Nice to hear that Porsche would call me to discuss however Im still waiting and its 24th August now.

Smooth experience for my cars first service. All staff are welcoming and friendly including Holly and Jeremy who I spoke to about my car.
I love how its an easy/smooth process with the courtesy car too. My car was finished sooner than expected which was great. It came back nice and clean too!
