Fantastic feeling from first stepping into the dealership
From walking through the door of the dealership I felt a welcome as the fist person we met was our salesman Geoffrey Worth. His knowledge and enthusiasm of the brand was first class. He answered all my questions with total authority and without pressure let me go off to make my decision on which model of Porsche I was most interested in. As a result after a few days I got back to him and ordered my first Porsche which I subsequently took delivery off three days later (being a weekend). The paperwork was mostly completed remotely and the handover was thorough and comprehensive. First class, dealership highly recommended. Business manager James was also on the ball and easy to deal with. All in all couldn’t have had a better experience.

Porsche centre Edinburgh, has fantastic staff, I was certainly impressed, but the car has left me wondering if I made a mistake, in the first fortnight in the garage twice, second time had to be brought in on a low loader, not the best first impressions, but to be far by first Macan had no problems whatsoever, so it's a wait and see.

I recently took my Porsche to Porsche Edinburgh for its MOT, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and completely hassle-free.

Service beyond the call
Derek stayed late to accept the car as it was a fault that came up late in the afternoon. He communicated the battery problems promptly, arranged a loaner car and had the car returned quicker than expected. Mark carried out the repair and his expertise on Taycan’s is a very big asset to edinburgh Porsche centre.

The porshce Edinburgh Centre, were great to deal with helpful,nothing too much trouble, from getting the rght car and dealing with Scott to dealing with James in finance everything run smooth, second car from this branch in 4 years thats why we travel the long journey from Ayrshire, its hassle free, relaxed can't say anymore.

No gold star.
Had a routine minor service and mot. The work appeared to be carried out without problem. However, my service book was not stamped, meaning I will have to go back and I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen when picking up the car having arrived bang on 8am to get to work in time. Minor quibbles but not great.

Introduction to Scott Fraser
From my initial contact with the dealership i was introduced to Scott who gave me information on the car i enquired about. This led to me coming through to test drive the Targa. It required some attention to get it ready for sale. Once i committed to buy the car i paid deposits and spoke with the appropriate colleagues until i physically collected the car on 15th June.

Recognition from friendly staff at all…
I am a regular customer. Recognition from friendly staff at all levels welcome you as you enter the Dealership. The sales team in particular make it easy to do business. Everything is done quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.
It's a pleasure to buy a new car and negotiate a trade in value. The finance team make the funding and additional related options very clear.
The service department are always on hand for any technical support required going forward and answer the phone quickly, which for me is a big bonus.
