Absolutely awful. Just over a year old in our new build property and the doors are already chipped . We are a mature couple who look after their property.
The doors are so Matt and cheap they show up every single water mark .
Imo Keigar homes should find a new supplier!

Sadly bought and moved into a Barratt flat which comes with this el cheapo kitchen. MFI would be amazing quality compared to this rubbish. Poor installation of warped cupboard doors screw holes left gaping, and me left with this rubbish! Avoid avoiding both Barratt and this alleged kitchen oh and the sink and tap wobble massively when you try to use them!

John Baker called in this afternoon from Symphony Kitchens.
All I can say is John's attention to detail and fine tuning to his satisfaction was second to none ! He was only here to fix a couple of sliding drawers, and ended up correcting so much more than that.
John was courteous, professional, laid down a protective cover and cleaned as he went along. He didn't leave until he was satisfied that everything was right, level and correct.
We'd just like to give John a big thank you for going above and beyond, and going the extra mile where most others wouldn't...!!

John Baker very professional, friendly and his attention to detail was second to none, as he spotted a few things we didn't even notice. Cleaned up as he went along and place floor protection down while working. He is an asset to symphony kitchens :) very impressed.

After our initial contact with Symphony regarding issues with our kitchen cabinetry. Response received was very helpful and positive from Vickie.
The outcome being, all our concerns were resolved.
Fitters did a brilliant job and we are happy with the results.

We couldn’t be happier with the wardrobes John Baker fitted for us. From start to finish, he was professional, skilled, and incredibly dedicated to doing the best job possible. He even stayed late one evening to make sure everything was completed to a high standard, which really shows his commitment and work ethic.
The quality of his workmanship is outstanding, and the wardrobes look absolutely amazing. It’s clear that John takes great pride in his work and genuinely wants his customers to be happy with the end result.
On top of that, he’s a lovely man to have around kind, friendly, and easy to chat to. We felt completely comfortable having him in our home, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even better.
I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for quality fitted furniture. Thank you, John, for your hard work and for creating wardrobes that look fantastic :)

Very disappointing experience.
I recently moved into a new home with a Symphony kitchen and wanted to understand what options were available for modifying an existing cabinet.
I initially received some pricing information from Michelle, for which I am grateful. However, my main question was never answered. I simply wanted to know whether an integrated fridge cabinet could be converted into a microwave/storage unit by changing the doors and adding shelves.
Michelle advised that she does not deal with this type of enquiry and that I would need to speak to retailers. However, when I contacted retailers, one told me to contact Symphony directly, while another has failed to respond to my calls, emails, and online enquiries for more than two weeks.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I am not asking for anything complicated. I simply want to know whether an existing integrated fridge cabinet can be converted into a microwave/storage unit and what would be required to do so. This information would allow me to decide how to proceed with my kitchen. Instead, after weeks of emails, phone calls and enquiries, I still cannot get a clear answer from anyone.
I genuinely do not understand how it can be this difficult to obtain basic information about a kitchen that is already installed in my home. I am not making a complaint or requesting warranty work. I am simply trying to understand my options and potentially place an order.
The whole process feels like being passed from one person to another with no ownership and no communication. A straightforward question should not require weeks of chasing.
Hopefully this review will finally result in someone contacting me so that I can get an answer to my question and move forward with my plans.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer experience.

He dealt with everything professionally from start to finish, was courteous throughout, and showed great respect for my home while carrying out the review.
