Symonds and Sampson (Sturminster Newton office) dealt with the sale of my mum's house which completed at end of March 2025. Mum is in her 90's and staff accompanying the many viewings were lovely with her. We were always given feedback from prospective buyers and kept up to date. Very professional service from all staff but Shula in particular deserves a mention. We sold through the auction process which was completely unfamiliar to us but Shula walked us through each step and made it all very straightforward. She was always responsive to emails and phonecalls and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend Symonds and Sampson.

Great service from James at the Beaminster office with our purchase in Beaminster. Buying as an attorney for a family member meant lots of viewings and visits. Nothing was too much trouble and the transaction went smoothly. Highly recommend James and team, and would not hesitate to use them again.

One of the easiest but strangest transactions for Matt from the Beaminster office. We were away in France for a month when the house we'd been watching came back on the market. One phone call and a FaceTime viewing later and our offer was accepted. Matt was excellent throughout. Kept the process bubbling along and was communicative throughout. If only he was the agent trying to sell my current home but its at least 150 miles out of his area.
