This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered a top a couple of months ago ( May) and I have still not received my top or an answer from this company. I am now going to contact the fraud department in my bank to report this matter, no top and money and out of pocket and no reply from this company.

Incredible company and Service from Sadie. At no fault of their own my order went missing during delivery. One call and Sadie fixed everything and the complete order was resent in time for an oversea competition. Will use again and would recommend. Thank you

We set up our club shop with SX Sports a few months ago and wanted to wait before leaving a review. Service has been consistently great throughout. Scott was really helpful from the start and guided us through every step and made sure everything ran smoothly during what I imagine to be a rlly busy time

Sadie was really helpful sorting out our player discount pack bundle out, great value for what you get. Only reason for 4 stars is delivery took a few extra days, but communication was good and worth the wait.

Really happy with my order from SX Sports. Scott kept me updated throughout, and the turnaround was much quicker than expected. The logo redraw service was spot on, we had not so great artwork and they redrew it for us. looks really sharp on our kit

We ordered a Joma Combi Premium Discount pack. The turnaround was really fast, the products are good quality and the print is good too. Big thanks to Sadie for sorting everything so quickly.

Order was simple, delivery was fast, kit is spot on.

We needed a quick turnaround for kit bundles ahead of a school tournament. Sadie kept me updated daily and Scott made sure the kits were ready on time.

I had a lot of last minute changes for our football team and probably was a complete pain customer to deal with and they both went above and beyond to get everything correct. The shirts look amazing and the kids love them.

The order took a little longer than expected to ship, but when I contacted them, Sadie responded personally and apologized, explaining a stock delay. She offered a discount on our next order which was appreciated.

I placed a big kit order for our youth team and Sadie was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She kept me updated at every stage, double checked all the name & number placements when i had made a mistake and even offered to resend a corrected shirt free of charge when one had a minor misprint.

Absolutely shambolic customer service.

Quoted me 2 weeks for delivery, I rang and chased and they said "it's 3 weeks" - despite them being the ones in email quoting 2 weeks. 3 weeks came and went and so I again chased, only for them to deliver the order printed not to spec and missing items. This was due to meeting my "deadline" - even though it was SX who were the ones who originally quoted 2 weeks.

Needless to say wasn't happy and got no where via email, support replies to the occasional email. It's now been over 2 weeks since they've said they would refund and radio silence again.

Avoid

This is the first time I have had to deal with SX sports, and can honestly say that this is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. The kit I have ordered is extremely late, and when you try to to chase the customer service is appalling. I have received 1 return email to the many I have written, that said I would receive an update that afternoon, and was never received I have phoned and left voicemails on numerous occasions with the operations manager and have never received a call back. When mentioning this to others, they have all laughed and said, we used them 1 year never again! Is this a scam company?!? If not it’s certainly the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid like the plague. To add, I am still waiting for my kit!!!!

Communication from this company is shocking. Ordered some rain jackets back in December 2024 - no updates provided, then received some of the order but not the rest, called and queried to which they responded “we’re waiting on stock but we probably should have told you that”. Finally got the rest but still had to contact them numerous times for updates on the 2nd part of my order. I chalked this up to the time of year.

I then ordered 2 training tops to determine the quality of the tops before ordering them in bulk. One black top with badge and initials on, one purple plain top. Order placed on 2 June. Order time was 3 weeks, which I chased due to not hearing if it was being dispatched (conveniently receiving the email immediately after the call).

I received the shirts a couple of days later on 22 June and to my disappointment the order was wrong. The plain purple top had the badge on which didn’t bother me, nice surprise. However the black one was the wrong top and the placement of the badge was about 3-4 inch up from where it should be. The top of the badge was close to touching the stitching for the shoulder…no quality control.

I contacted them immediately by email to inform them of the mistake and that l’d like a new one issued to which there was no response. So I called them on 1 July to query an update to be told “oh yes - I remember that one, we’re waiting for new tops to arrive, should be in a couple of days. We’ll get it sorted and sent straight out.” I was frustrated but okay. Still nothing so I called them on Thursday 24 July to which I spoke to the same person I believe who said “we’re waiting on tops coming in, should be in by Monday so we’ll have it sent Tuesday at the latest.” I told them that’s what they had said last time to which I was told “don’t know who told you that”…but again I accepted that it would be here shortly.

I’ve since been on holiday, and have been back 10 days and still no top. Almost 3 months for 1 top and still I’ve received no apology, no communication which if I was performing this badly I’d have made it a priority to keep in contact.

Will be removing the club shop from their website as they have not instilled any confidence in their abilities as a company. Seems to be a lot of good reviews so perhaps mine is in isolation but in my experience over 2 orders…absolutely useless.

I contacted them regarding out new kits for this season. The communication was excellent and even sent some options in the team colours. Ordered home and away kits, and new training tops. Couldn't fault them at all. Excellent service.
