The Swiss Holiday Company puts its expertise at your service, to deliver great value holidays with everything taken care of. They took our ideas, requirements, dates and preferred locations and created a tailor-made three-location holiday, which we were able to fine tune. All the arrangements worked perfectly, including two great rail journeys. So much better than trying to make a package holiday fit.

We were really impressed with all the arrangements for our recent holiday to Switzerland. The Swiss holiday company could not have done a better job. They listened to what we wanted, put together a plan, booked everything and gave us a detailed itinerary so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The pack of information we received was great. It contained everything we needed including our rail passes, seat reservations and maps to find the hotels all of which were easy walking distance from each of the stations. Great company. Highly recommend.

If there was a minis 10 button I would use that. It is a been disaster from my first call with them. Booking the entire trip on the wrong dates, planning train trips with young children with impossible changes, booking expensive hotels but arriving at midnight and leaving at 6am. The staff don’t listen, don’t take notes and don’t take responsibility when they repeatedly get it wrong.

First time we've had a holiday arranged for us by a tour company and I can't recommend them highly enough. Great service, very helpful and patient with all my queries.
Was given flight options and able to make a slight change to the itinerary so we got back to Zurich a day earlier.
The holiday was fantastic.

We enjoyed our customised holiday arranged by Swiss Holiday Co. very much. We started and finished London St Pancras. Every element of the holiday worked for us - a full, bespoke and detailed itinerary was provided, hotels and transfers booked and upgrades on some of the tourist trains made. We had a memorable holiday and I would thoroughly recommend the company.

We booked our Glacier Express and Bernina Express holiday in May 2021 with a scheduled departure in September 2021 but due to Covid we postponed our trip until June 2022. The Swiss Holiday Company staff were friendly and helpful in rearranging our holiday.
The only problem we encountered was when our flight was changed to a day later and we were asked to pay another £90 each. However an e-Mail to the company stating terms and conditions of our booking soon rectified this and the additional fee was waived.
We received our tickets well in advance of our trip with a very comprehensive itinerary (which I have to say at times we were a bit dubious about) and which ran like the proverbial Swiss cuckoo clock.
Our Swiss Air flight was good.
The two 3* hotels we stayed at were superb and our train journeys amazing. We would highly recommend the Swiss Holiday Company.

Our family travelled to Wengen in December 2021 and we can't thank the Swiss Holiday Company enough for their efforts in getting us there despite flights being cancelled, restrictions being imposed and changes happening throughout. Each query was answered swiftly and accurately and the itinerary was superb making our train journey from the airport to resort completely stress free.
