Swagger and Swoon went above and beyond to get me the ties I needed in time for my wedding date! Customer service is excellent and I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for colour matched wedding ties! The quality if the ties is amazing! Thanks swagger and swoon

Outstanding customer service and high quality products. Placed a last-minute order due to our wedding ties being the incorrect shade. Ayesha acknowledged my order within 24 hours and ensured that our order was processed to our wedding date deadline instead of leaving it to normal business lead times. I cannot thank you enough for what you did, you were a lifesaver!! We had a fab wedding on Friday, and everyone looked amazing in their suits with your ties & pocket squares ❤ thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Do not order from this company unless you're prepared to wait a long time for delivery. I've been waiting 5-and-a-half weeks now (vs the 2-3 weeks they claimed at checkout), with no end in sight.

I wouldn't mind a slight delay, but their customer service won't give me any meaningful updates. Just vague reassurances that "it'll be ready in time for the wedding", which is difficult to trust if they can't give even a delivery window.

Given the length of time other reviewers have been waiting, I'm not optimistic about receiving my ties by my wedding date despite ordering months in advance.

I placed and order on 30.04.22 for only 3 normal ties, 1 bow tie and 3 pocket squares and I am still waiting. I have 3 weeks until my wedding and this is the sort of thing that will send me into a panic.

Ordered over 7 weeks ago and still no delivery and no-one from Swagger & Swoon can update me on how much longer I will be waiting. I have contacted multiple times now as the website states 2-3 weeks for delivery and I am becoming increasingly concerned that the delivery will not arrive in time for the wedding or in time for us to replace should anything be wrong with the items. The communication received so far is beyond unacceptable. Please update me and send my order out ASAP. If you are too busy then you should've stopped taking orders whilst you caught up, yet you are still taking orders and promising 2-3 weeks delivery!!!

After searching what felt like the entire country for ties in the right colour I found Swagger and Swoon who were able to provide me with custom wedding ties and accessories that were precisely colour matched to my theme and, as well as making the whole process easy on me, they even turned it around in double quick time!

I was struggling to find a tie colour match for our bridesmaid dresses, but with S&S's swatch service, I managed to find an identical match!

Although expected delivery was 8 weeks, I gave my wedding date and all 8 ties & pocket squares arrived a week before the wedding (a 5 five week turn around in the end). Great customer service from Anna too, who reassured me my order would arrive with plenty time.

I had some issues getting in touch about my order initially which concerned me but after that I got a quick response to every email and received all the ties and pocket squares in time for our wedding rehearsal. I was in contact with Anna in their customer service team and she did a great job making sure I was up to date with what was happening.

The experience I received from yourselves throughout the entire process of planning my wedding was outstanding. The team were amazing contacting me to see if I need help picking from my sample colours. They were amazing when I placed my order and added extra items I had missed off. I can’t recommend you guys enough. Absolutely outstanding 😍 Would highly recommend to everyone and will 100% be using them again!

Very disappointed with this company who came so highly recommended.
We placed our order and were told 8 weeks for delivery, which seemed like a very long wait to begin with! But it has now been 10 weeks! We emailed 2 weeks ago after the 8 week mark and were told 2 more weeks which has now been and gone as well! Our wedding is in 2 weeks and on top of everything else we really didn’t need this stress! The blame, very predictably, is being put on Covid but they’re more than happy to accept the order and take the money for something they havnt provided on time! Just not good enough!

I have ordered ties and pocket squares for my groomsmen for my wedding from swagger & swoon a month ago and i still havent receive any of the items yet now. I dont even have a tracking number! I dont know whats going on. I am very worried as my wedding is very close.

...it takes a lot for me to be amazed by a retailer as it seems cost saving in recent years has put customers at the bottom and profits at the top of the agenda.

Fortunately, Swagger & Swoon are a breath of fresh air. Old school customer service from the top drawer. Personalised, friendly & efficient...genuinely caring about your choices for your special day and all the dilemmas that come with that.

Swatches were sent super fast, assistance was always forthcoming within 24 hours, and Emma was a delight to deal with; she helped us every step of the way, and the ties were delivered within 24 hours of us placing our final order...the Shantung ties look lovely too in 3 different shades.

Highly recommended for your ties, especially if you want to match them to other items such as bridesmaids dresses! 10/10 from start to finish!

Had the most fantastic service from Swagger and Swoon! The custom-made bow ties and pocket square we ordered for our wedding matched the colour swatch perfectly and even though we were on a tight timescale, nothing was too much trouble and they arrived just in time for us to fly to our wedding destination as promised! My groom and his groomsmen looked fab!
Also, I cannot day enough about the service! Amazing from start to finish!! Paige was incredible and could not have been more helpful. The personal touches really set you apart from other companies. I’d have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone, a truly great company! Thanks again xx

They sent me several swatches to try and match ties to my bridesmaids dresses exactly, excellent customer service and a huge range of colours and fabrics, highly recommend!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Swagger and Swoon.
My bridesmaids dresses are an unusual colour of a purplish grey and were struggling to find the right colour of ties and pocket squares for the groomsmen.
Thankfully we discovered the Swagger and Swoon website. Wow, they are absolutely amazing! From the fabulous selection of colours and swatches available, to the efficient follow up service of ordering and delivery. The colour match is petfect 😊 All members of the team that we dealt with by email and over the phone were brilliant and thanks to Matt for the lovely little message sent with our order.

I'm really impressed with swagger & swoon! I was at my wits end trying to find wedding ties to match my bridesmaids dresses, stumbled across S&S online and decided to give them a go by ordering swatches. I was really impressed by the way they checked to make sure i'd receceived the swatches and if I'd found a match. Their service is very personal and it makes you feel like they really care. I ordered 6 swatches and one was a perfect match so i ordered the ties but there was an issue with the delivery (through no fault of S&S) but they quickly sorted out the issue. I can't praise them enough. If i could give them a higher rating than 5, i would! I recommend them to all my friends who are getting married. It's rare these days to find great customer service like this. Keep up the good work!

Some of the best customer service I have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble. Their colour matching swatch service is brilliant, I ordered a couple of swatches that weren't quite right so they then found some more to send to me and we ended up with the prefect match. The ties and bow toes are amazing quality. I would highly recommend this company.
