I visited with a friend who treated me to this wonderful experience. It was lovely to spend time together.
We were the first there so we were seen relatively quickly and had the space to prepare for the photo shoot. We were given some prosecco to drink whilst we chose our images . There were a wide selection to choose from. If you want additional images to the one digital image included in the package, you have to be prepared to pay. We were not offered a hand massage which I think was offered in the package. All the staff were friendly and hair, makeup and photos were very professional.

First of all, there was already a problem with the booking as I was told it was overbooked and they have to cancel which was very disappointing as my daughter came home from Uni for this particular session. But, to compensate, I was promised by Angelina that we will be looked after on the day of our session and there will be cakes, teas etc. When we arrived at the studio which I thought it is pleasant as it is in the photos, we have to go up to metal stairs and upon entering the gallery is a kitchen which is not even nice looking and we were told to go to a Cafe as we came early and there was no space available to just even sit and wait. The studio is small and cramped and there’s only one changing room. Jasmine & Gabby who did our hair and make up were really friendly & accommodating. We did not get the Aromatherapy Hand massage and skin preparation as advertised on the voucher & no explaination or whatsoever why this was not included. We waited for at least half an hour to be seen after our photoshoots but no one bothered to take notice of us while others had prosecco offered to them while they were waiting. I have to ask the staff if someone available to show us the photos. The cost of the photo package is so expensive for only getting digital copies. It was an experience in which I was expecting a very enjoyable day for me and my daughter but the reality is it is far from different. I don’t recommend this studio to others.

The experience sold to us at The New Forest Show in July 2025 bore no resemblance to what was offered on the day.
The venue was changed at the last moment to a small loft off Lots Road, up 2 flights of outside steps. It looked temporary with cables all over the floor, a small space for hair and make up, a small changing room, and one couch for people waiting. The reason given was a water leak at the original venue, but none of the staff we spoke to had ever been to that place, so I have to suppose the "problem" was not recent.
The 4 staff we met were all very nice, but of the services promised in the brochure: style consultation, manicure, make up and hair tips and makeover, followed by photographs, almost none of it happened.
There was no questionnaire about our expectations and thoughts, there was no style consultation, no manicure, make up was done, but no tips given, the hair stylist was very poor indeed (especially in the view of 2 other clients, who were in fact hairdressers!), the snacks offered were a plate of Hobnobs and some very picked-over grapes in a bowl. Coffee was supplied, and later prosecco.
The photographer was good, and professional, though the photo shoot took place in the same area as all the hair and make up, with other clients looking on.
We were then invited in to view the photos and choose what we wanted. What we had never been told was that the whole point of the event was a photoshoot to sell the pictures, and the minimum package (apart from the 1 free picture) was £390 for 10!
The staff member selling the photo package did not seem to have any idea of the basis on which it had been sold to clients, and claimed to have never seen the literature that had been handed out at the time we bought it which had promised a much classier and more interesting event that it eventually proved to be.
My friend and I had a fun time, but that was more because we are good at making the best of things, but it was extremely disappointing, and is being completely mis-sold to the public.

This company, take your money and don’t even get back to you via email or phone. I have asked for this appointment to be changed four times now and notice on the terms and conditions that my £100 fully refundable deposit is not fully refundable deposit and if we do not turn up at the appointment we lose the £100 deposit plus the initial payment to do the shoot. I was happy to change the appointment date and do another time but seeing so many negative reviews on this company make me realise I don’t want anything to do with it. So I’m going to suck up the loss and tell everyone DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!

I paid £150 for myself and two daughters to have a studio experience shoot which I was told would include a luxury manicure, luxury facial and makeover using high end products, hair and photoshoot where we would each get an individual photograph included.

On booking our date, I then had to pay an additional £150 to 'secure the booking', but was told I would get this back when we arrived on the day.

A week before our booking, I was contacted to be told that the studio in Kensington had water damage and so we would be using a slightly smaller studio in Chelsea. Alarm bells did start to ring, but I thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and I didn't want to lose £150 booking fee and also the £150 I had paid to buy the gift.

On arrival, we were met by who we believe was the studio manager. The studio was very small, there were three groups of three (including us). We were asked to sit down and did we want tea, coffee or water (I had been told that we would arrive to a glass of fizz).

After some time, we were taken behind a screen to have our makeup done. No facial, not even cleansed, just makeup put on. These were not high end products - Primark. We were not given a manicure and we had said we'd do our hair ourselves because we are naturally curly.

After quite a wait (the three ladies in front of us had a great number of outfits to get through) - we had our photos taken. The photographer was very nice.

When we eventually came to look at our photos, I was told that the £150 deposit to 'secure the booking date', was actually to be used against a 'package'. These started at £650!!

Feeling very let down, disappointed and quite angry and already now running late for our train, we bought that package of 10 DIGITAL photos!

This experience that should have cost me £150 actually ended up being £800!!!

All in all not what we expected or paid for. I would NOT recommend and will be very wary now.

Don't waste your money - just take some decent photos with your own camera or phone.

We arrived on the day of our booking to find the studio shut. Apologies provided for an error on their behalf and promises to refund our travel expenses and a lunch on them for our inconvenience. Regrettably, despite numerous attempts to contact them no refund has been received, including the cost of the vouchers and deposit to secure the booking . Completely let down by this company and would not recommend.

Unfortunately, our experience with this company was disappointing. They didn’t notify us of their closure on the day of our booking, and despite their apology and promises to cover our expenses, they haven’t followed through nor refunded the deposit and vouchers. As a result, we can’t recommend them, as we feel let down and can’t trust their service

J'attendais pas grand chose mais je suis agréablement surpris. Les spins gratuits étaient fun et les bonus simples. Le site est stable, ça vaut le coup d'œil si vous cherchez un nouveau coin.

J'ai jamais eu l'impression que le site buggait exprès. Les conditions sont claires dès le départ et les paiements arrivent dans les délais annoncés. C'est pro.

zéro plantage même en pleine nuit. le site reste fluide et les déconnexions sont inexistantes. le support est réactif même tard, c'est un bon point pour les noctambules.

Sur certains sites, on stresse avec des décomptes partout, mais là, c’est tout le contraire. L’ambiance est relax, l’interface est calme et les moyens de paiement sont simples et efficaces.

l'EXPéRIEnce est hyper fluide, le site charge vite et n'est pas pollué par des pubs partout. Les bonus sont simples à capter et les tours gratuits ont marché direct. Top pour ceux qui veulent un truc propre et efficace.

Le site web était vraiment simple d'utilisation pour réserver ma séance. Franchement, je n'ai eu aucun problème. Tout s'est déroulé sans accroc. J'ai reçu la confirmation immédiatement et les instructions étaient claires. C'est une méthode qui semble fiable pour gérer ce genre de chose du début à la fin. Globalement, tout s'est très bien passé.
