Ordered 2 x Kindle Touch, received 2 Kindle Keyboard, these were replaced with Kindle Touch model, but 1 was faulty and returned for replacement, 3 weeks later unable to replace will credit. 2 weeks later still not credited. In the six weeks of this debacle I must have phoned them 30+ times and they have only ever phoned back once. I would recommend that anyone considering using them should think again.

Advertised a Dual core 7" Android tablet for £30 (refurb). Purchased one, waited a month, no sign of product or communication from company. Rang customer services asked what was going on and was told 100's of these items "had been lost in the post". So when I asked why I had not been contacted to be told of this (what I believe fictitious) loss of 100's of tablet devices by the postage company, they said "we were waiting for customers to contact us" (ukdvdr.co.uk/svp.co.uk) about the problem. The reasoning I can only guess at behind this would be so that if some customers had received the item, they couldn't lie and say that they had not to receive another device? Great trust in the customer. Offered me a replacement device which was no where near the standard of the original device, and wanted to keep the same amount of money!? Clowns. So all in all, cannot deliver what they advertise, dishonest, awful customer service. Just glad that I used Paypal so that I could receive my money back without a fight. If I had not, I am certain it would have been a challenge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I never leave reviews of companies but felt I had to warn people not to waste their precious time and money dealing with these people. Go elsewhere even if it costs more, for piece of mind.

Used to order from UKDVDR and disappointed that they are now merged with SVP. However gave them a go and regretting it ! Order placed with next day delivery. e-mail confirmed the order Complete the following day But no delivery !. Rang them to find that it would be delivered the following day which came and went NO Delivery ! Rang them again and got an excuse to why nothing had been done and only offered a credit note for the next day delivery. Asked to cancel the £20 order for a full refund BUT STILL waiting for this to be actioned. Website navigation terrible.Customer service is the worst and they do not respond to e-mails. This has become a nightmare company to deal with without any prospect of satisfaction.

This was the first time that I have used SVP and what a pleasure it is to do business with them my order was sent out the next day and delivered on time at every stage of my order I was kept fully informed on its progress I will defiantly use this company again for a five star service.

I have always bought from UKDVDR, and i sh*t myself when they joined with SVP as i have nothing but issues in the past.
Have made several Paper orders in the past few months for my card making, and turns up on time everytime

Although I was a bit concerned, initially, about UKDVDR and SVP amalgamating I needn't have worried. Apart from the fact that their new shop is almost on my doorstep (a real bonus) I have had nothing but GREAT service from them - Robert in particular.
All new companies have 'teething problems' and I have no doubt that when they are fully established their customers will receive first class service.

I was an exisitng customer buying 1000's of blank discs yearly through my business, for at least 6 years, then last order they were short of a simple packet of pens at 89p, they put a zero on the packing for "to follow", after a month not turned up, sent emails to all addresses I could find on SVP website and also on UKDVDr website, also used their in website comment box, not a reply, nothing. Seriously guys, being so tight over a set of pens at 89p that you legally owe me, why ignore me, now you lose all future business from my company over this, all you had to do was contact me or just send the pens. Customer services CRAP, WARNING DO NOT USE !!! Order #100001572

Also stop spamming me every other day with your latest deal, I wont buy from you again until this is resolved, I used to enjoy looking at the bargains on your emails. Yes I know its only 89p but its the principle now !!!

Do not deal with this company even if you have used them in the past. They are not the same company and should no longer be in business!!!!

The only difference between SVP and a mugger is a mugger uses a ski mask and a swag bag. These idiots hide behind a website instead.

My only advise is to be a informed consumer and vote with your wallet by buying else where.

I bought 2 go clever tablets for my children for Christmas and was both faulty so svp got a courier to collect them, I left it a couple of weeks waiting for a refund and nothing.
So I got in touch with svp for them to say they had lost the tablets and didn't know where they was,constantly tried emailing to no reply and we are now £118.57 worst off and still got 2 tablets to replace for the kids....absolute rip off merchants STAY CLEAR

Diabolical customer service ! They don't list a telephone number on their website so here it is, along with their address.

pathetic no reply to any email or there own ticket system ordered a surround sound system at 2pm on the dot cut off for next day was 3pm so a whole hour before cut off. waited in all next day nothing arrived emailed them 4 times asking has item been sent not one reply there is no phone number and other than a ticket email system no way to call or speak to anyone stay away from these guys cause if there is any problem you're never going to get it sorted quickly.

Orded three items, only one arrived.
Got in touch via their annoying form (as there is no email it telephone number).
Said that they would post missing items which turned out to be a lie as one of the items was not even in stock!

Used to use SVP over the years, but won't use them again as the customer service is now awful and they could not care less

i have bought the blackberry 64GB from them , i was relay impressed with the delivery service which they keep you updated, also had problem with it but Adam at SVP helped a lot , 5 star rating for Adam and SVP.

Been a customer since 2005 upto 2009 when things went pear-shaped with this company, but, gave them another go last week by purchasing a go-clever gpstv tablet, what a pile of garbage, won't boot, no contact numbers for them anywhere, complaint started with paypal 3 days ago & still they have not contacted me by mail or phone or via paypal, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, they are GARBAGE !!!

Ordered and paid for goods at midday as company offer to dispatch all stock goods the same day if purchased prior to 3pm.

Goods were not dispatched on that day, or the following day.

No telephone to contact customer service.

Total waste of time. Will go back to my existing supplier from now on.

Nothing to complain about. Kept you up to date with where your parcel was. arrived on time. No complains. will use again!
