I recently purchased a car and had a small problem getting my RAC cover. However Kaleem and his team were able to sort it which lead to a successful outcome. Excellent after sales service and the experience from purchase of the car I would rate as five star.
Today we picked up a Dacia Duster to replace my wife's Citroen C3 from the Warwick Dacia agent.
The whole experience of purchasing the vehicle was first rate from getting a trade in price on her vehicle to completing paperwork & collecting the car.
Dan, the salesman we dealt with, was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for him and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Whilst we have only had the vehicle for a few hours I am impressed with it & would recommend anyone thinking of buying one to go to Warwick & see Dan
At my age (70) I have had numerous dealings with car dealers - my recent visit to the Renault Warwick showroom was, by far, the BEST experience I have ever had. Gavin went out of his way so as to ensure that I was totally happy with the outcome - cars are expensive items yet I am sure I received a fair deal, so what more could I ask for! Pity I had not tried them before,
Very friendly & helpful staff, Mohammed in particular was courteous and went out of his way to make sure collecting my new car went without a hitch , no problem recommending Stourbridge Renault, thankyou Mohammed.

I have had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Matt Coello at Sutton Park Burton. Matt explained everything clearly, wasn't pushy, very paitent and so helpful. He kept me informed via email or calls the progress of my order of a Dacia Jogger. Never owned a brand new car but Matt made it a wonderful/exciting experience for me. He even phoned a few days after I had it to see how I was getting on with the car. Truly a pleasant experience because of Matt. Highly recommend the company and of course Matt.

Stay away!
I know a few people now who have had a car off the dealership.
And honestly, do not trust this dealership, they do not car about the customer, only your money, and once your out the door, they don't car.
And everyone i know has an issue with the cars they provide.
Do yourself a favour and don't make the same mistake I did and purchase a car from them, stay away!
I left review over 2 weeks ago about appalling customer service. Owner stated Customer Manager would contact me. As Of today 22/11/2024 and like my experience previously Customer Service Manger has not contacted me. This is the level of Customer Service you get from Perry Barr. Included my complaint to Salesman Joab in his 1 year follow up email. He couldn't be bothered to reply either.
Faulty new car as 1st day customer service to get money back minus 10 big waste of company worst company to deal with brand new captur facelift faulty and they can't get spares maybe end of December if lucky,
Terrible experience. My friend and I were treated like we were just two women that didn’t know a thing about cars or budgeting by Tim, despite having a budget of £300+ per month which was more than enough for the type of car we were looking at and we’ve worked in finance before so we’re more than aware of how “the little slidy things” on the internet work. Tim wasn’t interested in discussing any options with us as we didn’t want the car today and essentially just acted like he wanted us to leave. This isn’t very good brand representation and I would prefer to drive a dustcart than have Tim sell me a car.

Absolutely frustrated with this company. After 3 weeks still waiting for the second key to our purchase A Bronze Jaguar. Every time they give a different excuse, the most frustrating is we will send by tracking, you will get the tracking number NOTHING! Im also emailing no reply! Adam!! Also have you sent reg documents to dvla change of keeper, wife wants to put on personal plate. It dosnt take 3 weeks, please communicate! Smileys

I have used other Kia dealers in the past and Sutton Park have been much easier to deal with and more helpful
What a breath of fresh air,I used another kia dealership previously,they were so bad I was concidering not having another kia,Sutton Park kia are so different,they seem happy,friendly no hard sell on parts your car supposedly needs,car was serviced, mot'd and washed and it was ready for collection at 2pm,no fuss no bother,my faith in Kia is somewhat restored.

Trying to get hold of the Service team for an update on my Kia Sportage is impossible. Have left countless voicemail messages with no return call.
Would not recommend using these at all.

My Renault went in for a service at the Burton branch,I dropped her off with reception. First time using these and the service was excellent. I particularly liked the short video report regarding my vehicle and the progress text and email service for when my vehicle was ready. I am so impressed I have booked my car in for its MOT. Thanks team brilliant!!!

Bought a brand new Clio from Perry Barr end of April which should have had front and back dash cams. I was informed these were out of stock at the time, should be about 3 weeks. Almost 11 weeks later still nothing, poor communication and no idea when they will come into stock and be fitted.

Absolutely amazing experience at Sutton Park Great Barr Dacia! We were guided by the friendly and professional approach of Joab.
With his help, we were able to finalize our deal and leave with our brand-new Dacia Jogger.
I was running late on day of collection.
Staff were nice enough to stay open until I got there.
Joab was very helpful in showing all the features of the car.
Very pleased with car and the wonderful service.
Would definitely recommend.

Took out a two year warranty on a used vehicle I purchased in May 2023. Whilst the warranty will cover the cost of a defect that is included under the terms of the warranty, you have to pay for a diagnostics check to prove the defect and they won't refund you for this cost. You are also expected to pay for the cost of the repair yourself and the insurance company who provides the warranty reimburses you after 7 days. Beware !!

Walked into the dealership ready to buy a Sportage GT Line. Seen a couple online and saw some were at my local Kia in Sutton.
Arriving to the dealership there was no spaces in the car park and cars were blocked in like a game of Tetris. I drove around the site twice before I was stopped by one of the sales staff and was told to pop it into a space around the back and he would note down the car incase it needed moving. Someone could do with moving some cars around to make customer at least feel welcome.
Once parked Aaron asked me if I needed any help with a certain type of car or if I was looking generally. I told him it would be a GT Line and he pointed them out, disappeared and reappeared with a couple of the keys.
When looking around them I noted a lot of damage around the cars and looking on CarGurus a lot of the cars had been in stock a number of weeks. Working in the trade myself I thought it was common practise to prep cars before customers really got to see them have them advertised. I noticed as my partner was also looking at cars the site was mainly non Kia which I found strange. As I work for BMW we only stock BMW used but each company to their own.
The Kia was great anyway everything i expected but the damage to the car was a bit much for me to see past even knowing it would get done as the sales guy had said a number of times. Asking the number questions.

Meaning no warranty on the engine of the car and after the reputation of Kia MHEV engines I needed to know I was covered by the 7 years warranty stated everywhere. The salesman was understanding and was unable to actually say anything about the lack of history but it is how it has been brought.
Overall experience with the sales team really good. Popped in to speak about potential stock coming in was greeted by the girl sat to the left too. Really helpful too.
Stock - shocking to say the least
NOTE TO THINK ABOUT: WHEN BUYING HERE - CHECK THE SERVICE HISTORY. Who ever is buying these cars in needs sacking.
I then drove over to Burntwood Kia and brought the same car in stock ready to go.
I am pleased with the car having purchased this remotely however I do believe that this process could be improved particularly for remote sales based on my personal experience. In such instances it might be prudent to provide an objective assessment of the vehicle so that any agreement to purchase is fully informed and transparent which would instill purchase confidence . My sale included delivery to an agreed site which suited both parties. Prior to agreeing to the purchase I was able to view a video in conjunction with the images available on the website which made the decision to purchase easier based on the information provided within the video. On receipt of the vehicle I found a couple of dings where something had become trapped within the rear passenger door which had not been mentioned and some other marks on the outside of the car. Sharing this I was informed that they were pleased that I was happy with the car. On a more positive note, the management of the V5 document by the garage made life easier and was one less thing to worry about and received the document a day after I picked up the vehicle. I would use the garage again however look to obtain an objective assessment of the vehicle condition prior to purchase."
