A massive Thank you to Aaron at the Kia branch Sutton Park, he is very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process buying my new car so easy! **UPDATE** to my previous review..
So after speaking with Kaleem, we gave Sutton park Kia a second chance to repair the fault with the car (knocking and whining noise when turning the wheel left or right at slow speeds). We had arranged to drop our car off at the Sutton park kia in Sutton Coldfield on the 18/09/2021. The fault was confirmed and was told the steering rack is faulty. On the 16/10/2021 we collected our car after being told it had been repaired and was ready to collect. Upon collecting our car I noticed it hadn't been cleaned, bird poo, dry leaves and dirt were present also the staff member didn't know i was coming to collect the car and I wasn't given any documentation with regards to what repairs had been done, when I asked about the repaires the staff member didn't know. During the day after driving the car around, I noticed the whining noise was still present, I emailed Kaleem on the same day (16/10/2021) and explained what had happened, asked for documents to be sent to me of the repairs and that I will be taking the car to a VW main dealer to have it looked at. So I booked in with a VW main dealer on the 20/10/2021, who after doing there investigation reported the steering rack motor and wheel alignment were the cause of the whining noise and the repair cost would be £2689.90. I have emailed Kaleem 3 times since the 16/10/2021 and have had no response. I now want to reject the vehicle as Sutton park kia has failed to repair the faulty steering rack on 2 occasions.
**UPDATE 3**
Have had a response from Sutton Park Kia who have stated they disagree with Johnsons VW in Sutton Coldfield as they have stated on the investigation report "suspect noise coming from Steering rack", and is not confirmation the noise is being caused by the steering rack. And according to Sutton Park kia the steering rack was replaced, And they want to get a second opinion by taking it to a VW dealer which I've already done. I now have to wait another week as told no technicians available till 30/10/2021. This is absolutely ridiculous we have had this car for about 10 days since we brought it the rest it's been with Sutton park kia.
They were extremely helpful and patient with me whilst buying my first car. James B served me and made the whole process a lot easier and helped me understand how the process worked as well as understanding how to best navigate the insurance as well. Would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys

I went to Sutton park Renault because I had moved house so I thought I would give them a try with servicing my Clio which coincides with the MOT. I rang them up and a lady told me my quote.
I have said to them the Bluetooth isn’t working properly because when the cars moving it sounds like you’re in a bubble.
The Clio went in yesterday:
-They have told me they have found nothing wrong with the Bluetooth which is absolutely a lie!
-Despite what I told them and protested the lady was saying (who had left Sutton Park) they have overcharged me about £60 and they said they ‘couldn’t do anything about it’
I have said to them this is the last Renault I buy and for the next Service I will avoid them like the plague

It was bad enough getting a car delivered from you with barely legal front tyres. It got worse finding out on a Kia owners site that front tyre wear is a known Kia Sportage problem and you had not had they checked during the pre delivery checks. But right now Kia and Kia Assistance in U.K. and Europe have excelled themselves in avoiding a very expensive breakdown on a two year old Kia Sportage.
Kia Assistance EUROPE and KIA ASSISTANCE U.K. just cost me £2,200 in cancelled accommodation and will cost me a further £1,500 in alternative accommodation because they could not be bothered getting a £100 water pump for a two year old Kia Sportage when the pump fractured while we were in France.
They preferred to cite “GLOBAL DELIVERY SHORTAGES” as their excuse (strange that I called Kia U.K. and got a part on its way within two hours if there are “GLOBAL DELIVERY SHORTAGES” as they claimed. Kia ASSISTANCE also did nothing to find us a replacement hire car (£500) and misled us for ten days about when the water pump would be delivered - and after ten days they still can not provide a date for delivery of the part or repair of the car. I, therefore, contacted a main Kia dealer in the U.K. and I am having the part flown over and delivered in three days (arrives Friday 15th October 3021).
Despite knowing we needed urgent assistance, that my husband is severely disabled and the HUGE size of the damages we would incur if we were delayed - Kia Assistance EUROPE AND U.K. DID NOTHING TO HELP AND CAUSED AROUND £4,200 IN DAMAGES
WHEN THERE WAS CLEARLY A PROBLEM OBTAINING THE PART IN MAINLAND EUROPE ONE PHONE CALL TO THE U.K. TO FIND A £100 PART AND GET IT DELIVERED QUICKLY IS APPARENTLY BEYOND THE CAPABILITY OF KIA ASSISTANCE EUROPE AND BEYOND THE CAPABILITY OF KIA ASSISTANCE U.K.
I AM POSTING THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE I KNOW - PERHAPS PEOPLE WILL BEGIN TO INVESTIGATE THE UTTER LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THIS MUCH LAUDED SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY WHICH KIA USE TO DRAW IN THE UNWARY. NO ASSISTANCE FROM KIA U.K. - ZERO - ZILCH - NADA - FOR A TWO YEAR OLD CAR UNDER WARRANTY

I've been buying my cars from Sutton Park Coventry for nearly 20 years and have always received great service. While on the hunt this time I went to Warwick as Coventry specialise in Kia and have fewer choices available.
I received really great service from Gavin through the process and from Colin who helped with the part ex and handover process on collection day.
Communication throughout was really prompt and friendly and I have no doubt if I have any issues I can pick up the phone and will get quick assistance.

I bought a Kia picanto with the Kia sutton park group, carwow found me a great deal then I was passed over to Aarron. Good communication by phone and email all the way along with very prompt responses and he answered any questions efficiently. Recieved the new picanto today, beautiful car, all great so far. We recently purchased a used Renault Zoe EV from the Burton branch of Sutton Park. The entire experience was exceptionally straightforward, especially considering that this was our first electric car. It was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had, and James and his colleagues were very accommodating of our questions and our schedule. I was particularly impressed at the lack of any hard sell of ancillary products (which may just show it's been a while since I had to buy a car; but there you go).
