I love to earn the easy money. Check-ins are great. Daily polls, Tap Ins, surveys and videos all pay you money. I don’t really focus on doing all the surveys. I will do a couple a day. I love the extra money for essentials and using it to play games.

I have emailed them and the third party company and they are screwing me out of my money! I completed all the levels I was supposed too and they have not rewarded me

Would give -1 if able to. They let you complete lengthy surveys whilst gathering lots of information and invariably don’t pay out. Customer service is non existent. Waste of time!

ITS not perfect and the money is rare and service is not Quick. Anyone with a lot of patience can do it. I withdrawed my first pay, I was so happy it finally worked with my vérification and I needed the food money.

SurveySpin is a scam - they monitor surveys and closes surveys midway after collecting certain informations - if a survey, when a survey is being monitor that means it’s also being built in real time - so if you say something that they don’t want to present to the company they close the surveys to avoid paying you for your time as if one supposed to say exactly what the survey is looking for - surveys are not the main focus of this app- this app is collecting people informations and dodging to pay - first it’s 16 cents for 45 mins surveys on top of that they made it impossible to earn -meanwhile they collected the informations then they built the survey themselves to present to the companies - SurveySpin is exploiting people taking advantage of people - manipulating people - According the laws of the United States that’s violation of fair labor act because one can be there faithfully and honestly doing surveys but the app keep interrupting the surveys to avoid paying- please investigate this app for your own good - I’m already taking legal action against the app - it’s very stressful app to use - causing anxiety - the app is dangerous. Very dangerous to health - we wanted to see how legit this app is so we started doing surveys at 6am today and it’s 745pm now we still can’t reach $5 -They making impossible to earn but we are spending time doing surveys - they will close 2-6 surveys in the row to avoid paying people and totally ignore your time. Thats not fair because they know that once one is frustrated, the person will just close the page - that’s how they playing the monetization strategy- by frustrating you so you can close the survey yourself if you don’t they keep prolonging the surveys until you are tired or start answering randomly because you know you are now in the second surveys but if you stop you lose both - if you finish they will only pay you for one of the surveys but they sneaked 2 surveys in your surveys that’s why you will sometimes enter your birthday 2-3 times in one surveys - it’s a scam in a smart way - the app activities and practices need to be checked by the authorities because I belive this app is also a threat to American national security - it’s a dishonest app totally crooked .

Lied about rewards that I was owed MULTIPLE times before my first cashout. I saw the writing on the wall, so I hurried up and made the bare minimum and cashed out. i contacted support about the missing rewards, they said they would look into it. that was ALSO a lie. i never got a response back from them. this company is a legitimate SCAM! run away with your 5$ initial cashout and NEVER LOOK BACK LOL. theres a lot of reputable apps that actually do what this one claims to. update to note i reported them to CFPB, BBB Scam Tracker, and the Federal Trade Commission! I suggest any who feels like me to do this!

Been waiting nearly a week for my first cash out, with zero response from several emails sent to support. Would not recommend! Complete scam!

cashed out and received nothing, I didn’t know you have to cash out the whole amount but you do! So I couldn’t even test it ! Nothing in my emails, I’ve triple checked all my details! Please don’t bother. I then built up £4 to try again after thinking a big amount would need to be approved, and nothing paid out again ! I’m a vip member it says ! And says I have priority customer support haha ! I’ve had no reply after multiple emails.

I also have screen shots where it adds up the balance after you have done a survey incorrectly ! Complete waste of time !

It worked well at the start although it tended to be very low paying surveys, but then it added up my rewards wrong every now and again, which is basically fraud. A few omitted pennies here and there will soon add up.

Just now I tried 5 surveys, most were closed but still asked you some questions before informing you of this. I did a full survey which took 5 minutes and then was told it was closed, so I didn’t get paid. It is becoming more of a scam. They get my data but don’t pay out, or I watch their adverts and they don’t reward me properly. I would avoid the company once I’ve made enough to cash out. Here’s hoping that they let me cash out and not pretend there is a “technical error”

22 days since cashing out for a £4 Amazon voucher and not received! Customer support not responding! Ignore messages! Don’t waste your time reaching the pay out amount and requesting a voucher. It won’t arrive and they don’t care!

Absolute scam. They pay very little on very long surveys (eg 20p for 30 minutes) and do not pay you. Ive had a cashout request still unpaid for about 1 month now, and won’t respond to any support tickets. Please don’t waste your time.

I have had good luck with these guys to the surveys and games I had promblem with game on payout but other one on now is tracking fine they payed me instantly from tremendous 2 Walmart cards would gave them five stars if the first game would of tracked write they pay 👽 just like eureka there sister company😁

I requested two cashouts on 12/10/2025 from Eureka and SurveySpin, both apps owned by SocialLoop, LLC, and never received the payments. I contacted support via email three times (the most recent on January 15, 2026) and received no response. I also attached screenshots with proof of my cashout requests to those emails. My PayPal information was correct, the cashouts were completed within the apps, and I have dated screenshots documenting the entire process.

The only communication I received, on 01/21/2026, from SocialLoop, LLC was an identical copy-and-paste reply left on my reviews for both Eureka and SurveySpin on the Apple App Store. This response is nothing more than a fake public acknowledgment with no merit or follow-through.

The company has been notified that its continued lack of response is being fully documented, and that this documentation, along with supporting evidence, will be included in each formal complaint and any further proceedings. These will include reports to the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, the California Attorney General’s Office, and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as escalation through PayPal’s dispute resolution process and, if necessary, small claims court and other legal actions. This company will also be reported to the Apple App Store with a request that the Eureka and SurveySpin apps be removed. At that point, the company may be forced not only to issue my two missing cashouts, but also to face significantly greater financial consequences.

Based on my experience, I strongly caution others before investing time or personal data in this company, and I encourage users who have experienced its unfair and deceptive business practices to report them immediately. Very disappointed with customer service waiting for my cashout didn’t get any response back very bad customer service they have

I do not trust Survey Spin. After spending time completing surveys, I was surprised to find out that they require a photo ID just to cash out. This was never clearly explained upfront. I’m not comfortable sharing sensitive personal information like my ID with a survey app, especially when there’s no strong transparency about how that data is stored or used. Because of this requirement, I won’t be cashing out and would not recommend this app to others. I let go of seven dollars as my privacy is worth more

I requested a £4 cashout from Survey Spin nearly a month ago and have still not received the payment.

I have emailed their support team multiple times and received no response at all. To make things worse, after I left a 1-star review elsewhere, Survey Spin publicly replied telling me to email them with a screenshot of the issue. I did exactly that and sent the screenshot as requested — and they have still ignored me for days.

At this point, it’s not just about the £4, it’s about the complete lack of customer support and honesty. Asking users to email support publicly and then ignoring them privately is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as payments do not appear to be reliable and support does not respond when there is a problem.
