Surestore Recenzje

I've been a customer of Surestore for a number of years, and have found all the staff to be very helpful and sincere.
If you're looking for a great storage company you can't go wrong with Surestore. I highly recommend them.

The staff are always so helpful. Today I spoke with Evans who reassured me with the terms of my contract. As we all live busy lives, it’s easy to forget important information. I left the office with the clarity I needed.

The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Andy who talked me through the whole experience

Great help from the staff especially Jess.

Jess and the team are the best

I’ve been using the ashton 'sure store' storage facility for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, and the whole site always feels well looked after.

A special shout-out to Jess, who is hands-down my favourite staff member there. She’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether I’ve had questions about my unit or needed assistance on-site, Jess has gone above and beyond every time. Her customer service genuinely makes a difference.

Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free experience!

Cloe Dan are amazing and are always helpful. Cloe really goes the extra mile to help our company, especially during this busy Xmas period.

I enquired at the Bury branch and saw Jack and Arron, both were really friendly and knowledgable! Site was clean and looked well maintained, pricing was also good! Would recommend them for storage

I have been at SureStore Southport now for a year and I can honestly say that the staff here are amazing. They are so helpful with the deliveries I get.The facilities at SureStore are an added bonus too.

I have to say that my experience at SureStore in Southport has been nothing but a pleasure. Brad and Jake are always willing to bend over backwards for you with anything you require. Both top lads aswell and always smiling

Really friendly staff, good safe system to access your storage and easy to get use. Top marks to Evan’s and Martin for being really helpful showing me around the place, explaining everything even past their closing time!

Surestore in hamstead is a Great place to rent out, the rent is reasonably and electricity is covered in the rent. The staff Dan, martin, chloe and very kind and friendly, great fun to talk with.

The staff are friendly, however the toilets could do with more cleaning and keeping on top of things with the toilet. Also the using the app to open doors it's not very efficient. There should be an option to do the pin or the app.

Amazing experience and great customer service

Super easy to rent a unit out especially for first timers. The staff are lovely and welcoming, particularly Rifat! She was so kind and friendly, would 100% recommend.

I recently rented a unit at Bolton, SureStore, Simon was helpful & friendly. He explained everything in detail and is clearly very knowledgeable at his job! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Have a great relationship with all the staff. They really friendly and very helpful.

I had an outstanding experience with Simon at SureStore, Bolton. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Simon’s attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and supported, and his friendly manner made the interaction a pleasure.
