Excellent service and fitting
We have just had our windows and doors fitted. It's been a great experience and has given our home a whole new feel.
Our previous windows were fitted in the late 1980s and had degraded badly. These new ones are great.
The window fitters, Alan and Ben, we're great and nothing was too much trouble. They finished well ahead of schedule and left us with a whole new look.
We're very pleased and thank you.

Thank you so much for your fantastic review!
It’s wonderful to hear what a difference your new windows and doors have made, especially after having your previous windows since the late 1980s. Giving your home a whole new look and feel is exactly the result we love to hear about.
A special thank you for mentioning Alan and Ben. We’ll make sure your comments about their hard work, helpfulness and efficient installation are passed on to them both.
We’re delighted you’re so pleased with the finished result. Thank you for choosing Sureseal Windows!
Best wishes,

My experience with Sureseal Windows Limited
I contacted Sureseal Windows Limited in early November 2025 to request a quotation for new windows and doors in my bungalow. I had a visit from Neil, who went through all the options and the build quality of their products. There was no hard sell and I thought the price was very competitive. I accepted their quotation and I then had a visit from Rob, the Surveyor, to double check everything and confirm exactly what I'd decided on for each window and door. The work was done last week over 3 days by James Henderson, whose workmanship, attention to detail and friendly manner I could not fault. He was friendly and polite and discussed with me what he was planning to complete each day and remained cheerful even when the rain was sometimes incessant! The results are absolutely beautiful and excellent quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending Sureseal Windows Limited. I was also very happy to be using a small, local South Wales company and when I contacted the office I found that Richard and John were very helpful and accommodating.

From the start to finish this company were amazing.
From Jordan who gave us price, the surveyor I think him name was Rob sorry can't remember. Richard in the office was great phoning and emailing to keep us up to date of the going ons. But most of I would like to thank James the installer who worked his nuts off fitting 3 windows and a new front door. He was polite and we had a bit of good banter with him. He was very professional and cleaned up after him. He did a marvellous job and finish to both door and windows.
We are very pleased with the outcome and quality of our items I will definitely recommend sure seal windows ltd.
P.s tell James run out of sausage buttys.

Sureseal were absolutely brilliant during and afterwards!
Sureseal were absolutely brilliant. They weren’t pushy at all at point of quoting, the gave me every option and figure I needed with zero pressure to make a decision. No nagging sales calls. I was ridiculously picky about everything I wanted, when they arrived I thought the door was the wrong colour & nothing was too much to have everything double checked. 1 year later the front door had dropped as expected whilst settling, they sent someone straight out to fix it. The install team were courteous & kept everything clean. Brilliant communication, brilliant products & brilliant service!

Thank you so much for this fantastic review. We’re genuinely delighted to hear how smooth the whole experience felt for you — from that first no-pressure quote right through to the installation and our follow-up support.
It’s great to know you appreciated having every option and figure laid out clearly, with the space to make your own decision in your own time. Being able to double-check colours and details on the day is all part of making sure you get exactly what you want, and we’re glad the team made that easy for you.
Doors can naturally settle over the first year, so we’re pleased we could get someone out quickly to adjust it and put everything back to perfect. The install team will be chuffed to hear your comments about their courtesy and cleanliness too.
Thank you again for choosing Sureseal — and for taking the time to share such a detailed and glowing account. We’re thrilled you’re happy with the product, the communication and the service from start to finish.
