Faulty product received. Replacement cost credited to my account by customer services.
Since posting the original review I was informed yhere has been a change of management and I received an offer to credit my account with the value of the faulty product.
I have upgraded the review from 1 star to 3 stars and changed the title of the review to reflect this as a result.
Thanks to Supplement Spot customer services for dealing with my complaint.

I been ordering supplements with Supplement Spot online from this US based firm since 2016 - at least 6 shipments to me in the UK. I was a loyal customer. All shipments had been excellent - speedy delivery, good quality products.
However one of the products in my last order was substandard - the tablets did not contain the supplement I ordered - in fact they contained something that made me feel unable to sleep and quite unwell. I ordered 2 jars of the same supplement. The second jar of tablets I ordered were exactly the same kind and these tablets were exactly what I ordered and contained the supplement I wanted.
That is how I was able to compare the two jars of the same supplement. One set of tablets worked perfectly and the other made me feel unwell and unable to sleep. I tried the bad batch again and had the exact same result - feeling sick and unable to sleep.
I complained at the time when I first tried the faulty batch, but was just told to write a review on their website. I was not offered a replacement or refund. So contacted customer services again and asked for either a replacement or a refund for the bad batch over a week ago.
I have not heard back from them.
So basically if you order from Supplement Spot:
a) you don't know what kind of supplement you are going to get, it may not be the one you ordered - despite what the label on the jar says. It may be something that makes you feel sick and prevents you from sleeping.
b) Customer services will ignore you if you ask for a replacement or refund.
