Please accept our apologies that your order has not been received by yourself yet. I have looked into this for you, and you ordered on Wednesday 5th June and we dispatched your order via Parcelforce on Thursday 6th June.
As your address is in Spain, your parcel must be transported from the UK to Spain and then be assessed by Spanish customs for any local taxes and/or customs duties that must be paid before your parcel can be delivered. After tracking your order, it looks like your parcel was received by Spanish customs on the 11th June, where you should have been contacted directly by them regarding paying the duties and/or taxes. It looks like this payment was received by them on 20th June so your order should be released for delivery very soon. If you would like more tracking information, please email us (sales@supplementsolutions.co.uk) and we will be happy to send this across to you.
