Absolute best time ever. I would definitely recommend setting up maybe a couple of times beforehand, just to get yourself familiar with the tech, particularly if you’re not tech savvy! Glad for the instructions, FOLLOW THEM! On the day of the party itself, we were limited for space, so set up on the drinks table behind the drinks, don’t do this, as it states not to place transmitters near metal (missed that bit initially). We managed to pinch another table to set the transmitters up on and all was fine from then on. Great night. Very grateful you get the kit delivered early so you can figure it all out. We’d heard of the company from friends party last year and loved it then. Would definitely use them again!

So easy to order and communications from the SSD team were amazing. The amount of kit that is provided is superb and will more than cover your needs but all gives piece of mind for the ‘just in case’ moments. All kit was clean and exceptionally well organised and protected when it arrived. Smooth delivery and very smooth return. If you need a silent disco- this is the place to go!!!!

Everything we needed to have our silent disco was in the box - even an mp3 player with a big selection of music. Good instructions for easy set-up. Headphones were really good and we had great fun at my daughters Hen party and then a very amusing family get together the next day. Service was great from start to finish and I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant - we thought the Silent Disco would go down well, but we under estimated just how well - the party of 15 girls loved it. Great value too, would throughly recommend- Super Silent Discos were really responsive, Vicky got back to us straight away with answers on any queries we had and nothing was too much trouble.

From initial booking request the company could not do enough for me. I am a bit techno phobic but they answered all my questions even when I probably asked the same question a few times. The delivery came when they said it would, all well packaged, with full instructions on how to use the equipment. The night of the event everyone loved it and had a great night, even if the singing was so bad! Sent the package back and I got a message saying it had been received the next day and the security deposit was back in my bank account within the week. Would use again and recommend to anyone to book, you'll have a great time!

Such a great company, from the delivery of the headphones, the instructions on how to use them and sending them back, it was seamless! We had a really fun time using the headphones too, would definitely recommend!

Equipment arrived when expected and was in good condition. Comprehensive and easy follow instructions regarding setting it up.

Delivery was fine they delivered in plenty of time. The headsets were ok (not the best quality audio) but the silent disco was good. However…I was given a collection slot between 9am-4.15pm to return the equipment (in the email it says to take this window with a pinch of salt as if they knew that they weren’t going to collect). I took the day off work and missed an appointment to wait in for the collection and no one turned up. I rang super silent disco to which they said to wait in till 7pm so I did despite waiting in all day, still no one turned up. If you miss a collection they charge you £7 and then charge you £12.50 per day that you can’t send it back. When I rang and told them they said they would send me a label this evening and that I would need to take it to the post office. I had to remind them the next day as I still had not received the label. Dropped off the box to the post office the following day then received an email to say that had got the box and were reviewing it. I then got another email to say that the headset was snapped and sent me a photo. They ask when you pack it up to take a video of you packing it all in the box. I sent them the video where you can see the headsets were clearly not broke. Then they accused me of hiding it by clicking it together. I asked for video footage of them unpacking it as they insist you take evidence of you packing it up. They couldn’t sent it to me. They ask for proof of you packing it up which is pointless as there is no proof the headset come from my box? Also they don’t ask you to film the headsets to check they are not snapped, they just want to know if it’s all in the box. Maybe they got damaged in transit as I had to use post office instead of parcel force? Are they trying to claim money back as they had to pay to return it with post office? Who knows but none of the headsets were broken when I sent them back. Long story short they took the money out of the deposit after going back and forth. It’s a shame as I would’ve used them for a wedding party in a couple of months but I’ll go elsewhere.
