Everything. Easy to order, fast to arrive, and easy to install. Great product.

The item was backordered. A lot of the time, venders will let you stew. I received updates probably every two weeks, on the status and a probable delivery date.

I am a private citizen who doesn't buy a lot there, because of minimum order of specific items. However. I usually find just what I'm looking for at a good price.

I have used this company for years. They always help me get the correct lights I need. And keep track of my orders to make sure I'm confident in ordering the correct 💯 replacement.

Superior Lighting has provided post-top light fixtures to our subdivision for several years. Their price and delivery have always been very good. A recent order was rec'd with the wrong color. Their customer service arranged a new shipment within 2 days and also seamless return of the incorrect product. Even though we are a low volume customer we still receive great service from their polite professional team.

I've had several great experiences ordering from Superior Lighting--but this last one topped them all! I made a stupid mistake in my order, which meant that I received the wrong items. Superior fixed it instantly, no questions asked, and shipped me the items I needed. I'll be back!

Delivery was on time and package was received undamaged, additionally the packaging was done in a net and workmanlike manner.

The NIO BT device to program nLight systems worked well... the mobile app ( CLARITY+ ) does need an updated version to incorporate Bridge Gates in my opinion.

Vendor did an exemplary job making sure everything was flawless for my workflow.

I would recommend Superior Lighting USA and already have.
