Da Ancona o Venezia fino a Patrasso.
Personale di terra preparato e gentile. Personale a bordo ottimo in tutto.Cucina a self service molto buona a prezzi onesti.
Quest'anno mi hanno avvisato che per motivi tecnici la mia partenza da Ancora era limitata a Igoumenitza.
Mi hanno spostato con intelligenza ed onestà al giorno prima una cabina PET e 2 pax. Tutto perfetto. Grazie a Laura del servizio clienti di Ancona.
Aspettiamo il prossimo calendario per organizzare il nuovo viaggio.

We have been travelling with Anek and the others for years, since they became the Superfast alliance it's getting worse every year. Ships are dirty, crew unfriendly, escalators don't work. Food is getting disgusting and very expensive. Came back from Corfu to Ancona, it was the worst experience ever. In the selfservice restaurant, food was cold, service very bad. The "lady" behind the counter was unfriendly, annoying, not willing to help or give any information about the food.
Toilets where dirty.
Lounge looks alright, but coffee's where not drinkable, service bad and for water they only served Evian or Pellegrino, it's a Greek vessel, give greek water, it's cheaper and better.
Crew is unprofessional, shouting and lazy.
They have a monopoly position, they do whatever they want, don't care about costumers.

Leider wird Superfast von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, überteuerte Getränke- und Essenspreise, schlechte Qualität in den Restaurant und immer das gleiche Essen.
Die Mitarbeiter unmotiviert und grandig, das sagt viel über das Betriebsklima aus.

Die Mitarbeiter auf dem Autodeck extrem unfreundlich und chaotisch in ihren Anweisungen, dadurch dauert das Aus- und Einschicken länger als nötig

Die Kabinen und Nasszellen schmutzig.

Da muss einiges besser werden, damit wir wieder bei euch buchen, zumal der Fahrpreis für sie schlechte Leistung auch nicht passt, viel zu hoch!

Wir mussten zu allem Übel auch noch einen Ausfall der Fähre nach Venedig in Kauf nehmen und wurden auf Ancona umgebucht.

Es gibt bessere, viel bessere Fährgesellschaften von Italien nach Griechenland

In Igoumenitsa sehr unfreundlich. Sind Diletanten, unfreundlich und unfähig
Nie wieder. Mal schauen ob es mit den Kabinen klappt🥵🥵😖

Wir möchten uns bei Frau Efrosini bedanken.Unsere Fähre nach Venedig wurde storniert.Uns wurde geschrieben, dass es keine Alternativen für uns gibt.Da wir in Igoumenitsa auf einem CP waren, haben wir von anderen Campern erfahren, dass bei Ihnen alles ohne Probleme umgebucht wurden.Wir sind mit Magenschmerzen zum Fährhafen gefahren. Frau Efrosini hat uns geholfen und uns erklärt, dass auch wir eine andere Fähre, aber nach Ancona und eine Tag früher bekommen.Bis jetzt,wo ich die Bewertung schreibe, haben wir von der Stelle, wohin wir bereits im Januar 2026 bezahlt haben,immer noch keine Buchungsnummer bekommen.
Wir merken, dass Menschen da nichts wert sind, nur deren Geld.

Pünktlichkeit.Sauberkeit.
Oben geparkt.Neues Schiff.....Superfast 5...
Nettes Personal.So wie man mit dem Personal umgeht so erwidert es auch.Essen Super das Personal räumt auf .
Meckern kann man immer für Dinge die man nicht kennt.
Reise lange mit den Fähren......seit die Bremer Vulkan die erste Superfast für die Grupp baute......!
Es können auch nicht alle Profis sein wie im Film!

Igoumenitsa- Venedig… nie wieder
Das Schiff ist viel zu klein. Kaum Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Alle tummeln sich dicht beieinander auf den wenigen Schattenplätzen. Einschiffung morgens um 6h. Bis Abends war das einzige Restaurant geschlossen. Nur 2 Cafés sind offen mit langen Schlangen. Aufenthaltsbereiche mit Bahnhofshallen-Charme. Die Organisation beim Beladen der Fähre war auch schlimm. Viel zu Enge Parkflächen. Viele Passagiere hatten Mühe überhaupt zu ihrem Fahrzeug zu kommen. Man stand mit seinem Wohnmobil eingequetscht zwischen Tanklastern und Bussen. Am negativsten war aber das viel zu kleine Schiff. Es hatte mehr den Charakter einer Inselfähre, mit der man 90 Minuten von Insel zu Insel fährt.

Prior to the trip (Venice - Patras) I tried to clarify via Email the conditions for having a bicycle carrier at the rear of my car. I had send a photo and I mentioned that the carrier with the bikes will increase the length and the height of the vehicle. The answer was, no issue as long as the length behind the car doesn’t exceed 2 m. 

At the check-in in Venice I was told that I need to take the bikes off since the height (!!) of 2 m is exceeded. I asked how to transport the bikes when I remove them from the car. The answer of the employee was, that I shouldn’t expect him to solve my problem!

Finally, after very lengthy discussions an additional fee of 22,- Euros was charged and a new ticket for a car with roof box issued.

I am not so much complaining about the extra fee or about the incomplete information I got in the email communication prior to my trip, but about the fully inadequate behavior of the employee at the check-in counter dealing with a customer! I would have expected a constructive proposal how to solve the issue instead of provoking discussions with arguments like „height and length is the same“.

This feedback is focused on the check-in in Venice. The employees on board of the ship had all been helpful and friendly.

Superfast V

Fähre technisch ok. Ruhiges Schiff. Lüftung laut. Service unter Durchschnitt. Restaurantfläche meistens gesperrt, so dass nur ca die Hälfte der öffentlichen Fläche für Aufenthalte bleibt und nur 2 coffee bars offen sind. Schade, Service sieht anders aus - auch für eine frachtorientierte Fähre.

Restaurant et bar très cher. Le pire reste à venir coincés 35 minutes dans le sous sol garage pour sortir Et ensuite pour sortir du port de Bari 30 minutes. Une vraie galère Comment vous dire que nous ne reprendrons pas cette compagnie ni la destination pour ce port

Wir sind mit der Fähre Lefka Ori von Venedig nach Patras gereist und haben leider noch nie einen derart schlechten Service erlebt.

JEDER Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir Kontakt hatten – sei es an der Rezeption, in dem Restaurant oder an der Bar – wirkte unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Begrüßungen wie „Hallo“, „Guten Morgen“ oder auch nur ein freundliches Lächeln schienen auf diesem Schiff völlig unbekannt zu sein. An der Rezeption wurden wir teilweise keines Blickes gewürdigt, Fragen wurden nur widerwillig beantwortet oder sogar mit einem Kopfschütteln quittiert, noch bevor wir unser Anliegen überhaupt vorbringen konnten.

Natürlich erwartet niemand überschwängliche Freundlichkeit, aber ein Mindestmaß an Höflichkeit und Respekt gegenüber den Gästen sollte auf einem internationalen Fährschiff selbstverständlich sein.

Besonders schade finden wir, dass eine Reise nach Griechenland für viele Menschen der Beginn ihres Urlaubs ist. Eine Zeit voller Vorfreude und positiver Erwartungen. Stattdessen vermittelt der Service an Bord leider das genaue Gegenteil von Griechenland und hinterlässt einen sehr negativen ersten Eindruck. Für ein Schiff, das täglich Touristen befördert, ist das aus unserer Sicht äußerst enttäuschend.

Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre an Bord geprägt von Unfreundlichkeit und Gleichgültigkeit. Wir hoffen sehr, dass hier künftig an der Servicequalität gearbeitet wird.

Ringrazio il gruppo Morandi per non averci informato che il traghetto Superfast in partenza alle ore 18.30 del 24/05/2026 partirà alle ore 21.30 ed essendo noi di Fabriano potevamo tranquillamente partire da casa 4 ore dopo grazie mille !😤

Very disappointing experience with ANEK Lines.
The Superfast ferry service was completely unreliable during our trip.

Last Sunday we drove more than 1300 km to Venice for our booked ferry, only to discover that the ferry had been cancelled. We were never informed in advance — no email, no phone call, nothing.

After contacting customer service, we were told we would receive replacement tickets for Ancona instead. We then had to drive all the way to Ancona, only to find out there was no space available there either.

This caused enormous stress, wasted time, extra fuel costs, hotel costs, and complete disruption of our travel plans. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process.

A ferry company handling international travelers should inform passengers immediately when a sailing is cancelled and provide proper alternative arrangements.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend ANEK / Superfast Ferries.

Man kann auf der Website keine Tickets buchen, wir haben es so oft probiert. Telefonisch geht keiner ran. Es gibt immer eine Fehlermeldung, anderer Browser geht auch nicht.

Absolutely TERRIBLE !
I booked a trip for this summer Ancona-Igoumenitsa. I got a message telling me that the ferry will be late in departing and that they decided to change the destination to Patras. When I called to find a ferry to Igoumenitsa, they said there was a cabin next day but I had to pay the difference in price as the available cabin was an upgrade and changes are payable. I strongly objected as I did not request any change!! They did! After 1.5 hr on the phone with customer service, the line was miraculously dropped and I was NOT called back. When I called back, 10 min later, again miraculously, that option had disappeared and there were no more seats the next day!! I am using this company for the last 15 years and every year it gets significantly worse. Last minute changes, terrible customer service, dirty and unmaintained boats etc etc. I guess they hit rock bottom and expect them to go bankrupt if they continue like that..total waste.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. Before even entering the boat, we got separated from our group because of the mass of people. When just entering the boat we weren’t allowed to put away our luggage, so did one of the group get pushed forward without being able to scan her ticket causing her to have issues later on the ride. When we asked the receptionist where to put away our luggage, she told us (with an incredible attitude) there was nothing they could do. Throughout the ride we had no places to sit with our luggage either, because of the enormous mass of people. For the love of god let less people on the ferry. Lastly when trying to leave the boat we got into discussions with multiple people telling us we can’t use the elevators because they’re only for people with luggage downstairs, making us walk all the way down the stairs with our luggage. Overall this was a terrible boat with terrible service. To top it out, the wifi was 5 euros for 12 hours! Are you insane? I got charged 50 bucks for using roaming data because these greedy people don’t wanna give us free wifi, ridiculous. Never go here

Unfreundliches, Arrogantes, und Arbeitsscheues Personal

He viajado con muchas compañías (avión y ferry) y NUNCA me habían cobrado por perros de asistencia.
En esta ocasión, reservando con Superferry, me han cobrado 50€ por cada perro, a pesar de haber especificado claramente que son perros de servicio.

Esto no solo es decepcionante, sino que demuestra una falta de conocimiento o sensibilidad hacia las personas que dependen de animales de asistencia.

Espero que revisen sus políticas y su atención al cliente, porque este tipo de cargos no deberían aplicarse en estos casos.

Unacceptable customer service, terrible organisation. They capitalise on almost a monopoly and do how they want. Pick up another company if you can
