Order online said would take a week to arrived came within 4 days

Ordered a skirt in store but never arrived checked why and IT issue refund arrived and lovely assistant told me to reorder online as they had some but delivery was indicated as 29th but arrived 23rd so very pleased. Although I had to pay delivery they did provide a voucher of £10 to spend for the problem

I bought a jacket that wasn't waterproof because of quality issue thats why I took back to the store in Solihull. Here the store manager didn't accept my complaints because I didn't have the tag ( I threw away before I used only one day ) for this jacket but I have receipt. She told to me I have to send an email to the customer service but there told me: They can't do any refund to me because this depends on store manager.... As I see the quality became worse and price is higher for no reason...

My 1st ever purchase from Superdry and im wondering why its taken me so long. Purchased a coat in store and the store assistant made my visit very personal. I then purchased a further 2 coats online as i wanted more :)

Unfortunately down to the delivery company that was contracted to bring my jacket it was delivered to the wrong address and thrown over the gate onto a wet, muddy ground. Because the site was not secure it was taken. I hope this gets rectified with the upmost urgency, KM.

Great item however over zealous staff on pick up in the store demanded not just the order number but ID? I regularly order items online but have not been asked for ID before! Pointless!

I looked to purchase in store at Solihull, but didn't have my size.
A very friendly and help staff member helped me order these 'online' in store and they came the next day. Great service!!

Ordered online, mistake on one item ordered, went into store - Solihull extremely helpful staff, refunded me the item and ordered another one for me online.
