The shop assistant was very helpful and ordered the product to be delivered, when I couldn't find it in-store. The assistant was very helpful & attentive to advise on the correct size to order, whilst I tried on similar products to try and guage the right size required.

Great Customer Service at Rushden Lakes
Both young ladies on duty were very helpful, one dealing with my return.. ( wrong size) and clearly explained our options..and while my wife sought a new item. I noticed a sale item ideal for my job.. but none on the rack in a 2XL the 2nd young lady searched the stock and found me one. ! Great customer service at Rushden Lakes.. Thanks girls.
