Staff instore extremely helpful finding item required and ordering it for free delivery to my door.

The staff were attentive in the shop , and investigated what I wanted to buy. Although the item in my preferred size and colour was not available in the shop, it only took two days to arrive at my home. I was very impressed with this. The quality of the item was excellent.

Ordered two sizes of a jumper online as item not stocked in local store, so returned the one not required. I was greeted by a lovely polite member of staff upon arrival in store and again when returning item at the till. Great swift return service and a store of really lovely friendly staff, will definitely return

Ordered 2 women's tops to collect from the store. However, 1 of them was not the correct item. As I checked a few times as well as compare another online store which also offered this white 3/4 sleeves top, apparently whoever was categorizing the photos of this model must had gotten mixed up with the shorter sleeves tops because it was quite obvious that 1 was a slightly longer sleeves while the other was shorter sleeves. After several chats with the sales at the store, they confirmed it was a mistake and that particular model could have been sold out! A disappointment for me... The red organic top with 3/4 sleeves is lovely! Material so soft that I just like it on me! Nice colour too! PS. The lady staffs were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The store assistant came right over to me looking for sizes and asked if I needed help. I mean that doesnt happen any more! Then when my size wasn't in store, she ordered it for home delivery - at a discount. She made my day!

I ordered a camisole top to go under an outfit/dress for a wedding I will be attending.
I was kept informed of my order and when it was delivered into the Norwich store.
When I went to collect it all the staff were really lovely and helpful.
All in all, a great experience!

Purchased 2 coats in different colours as I was not sure what one I wanted.
Took the one back I didn't want to Norwich and got a full refund, no problem.
