The store was well stock and everything was easy to find. The customer service was excellent and very friendly. My daughter loved the jumper I brought her and products appears to be high standard.

Nice jacket

The shop was ok, quite full of stuff but good. The jacket we got seems to be good quality. Good customer service at the till.

Great product range and helpful members of stafff

I absolutely love Super Dry and always make a point of visiting a store when I travel internationally. My clothing cupboard is full of Super Dry products, some of them over 10 -years old and still going strong.

I really enjoyed visiting the well-stocked Guildford Store where I was helped by the friendly staff.

Your website is very good to navigate

unfortunately my fault I bought the ski jacket and pants which were lovely fit and look just I went a size up due to layers I will be wearing !
I think I need my normal size 12 which I will have to buy and return which ever one is best! Thank you so much Xx

Good and Bad

I returned a shirt (M) to the store in Guildford. No L in store....server was really helpful in managing a refund and ordering on line, to be delivered to my home at no cost. That was great! However on line doesn't accept Amex meaning after several attempts I had to use a different paymwnt card. A bit frustrating and time consuming

Excellent customer service…

Another excellent day's shopping at Superdry Guildford. Staff very helpful. I pity the poor assistant who had to assist me purchasing my sweatshirts and lumberjack shirt. Very patient and professional.

When visiting the store please remember to bring the staff Galaxy chocolate.

Keep up the good work.
