Jumper and shirt were lovely so was the staff member but unfortunately both jumper and shirt were in a bag too small and bag burst had to ask lady in m&s if I could buy a bag. Need to put goods in strong enough bags please

Store had lots of stock which meant I could try the two coats on I was looking at. The staff were super helpful & very friendly. Maybe my age...but the music in store was LOUD!! My family were shouting to be heard. Otherwise lovely store.

Bought a lovely fleece jumper and a pair of trousers. When I attempted to return the trousers I was informed that due to them being "vintage" they are nonrefundable. I was not informed of this when I purchased them and am so disappointed that Superdry are taking this stance.

Husband was looking for a winter jacket and found Superdry had a wide choice and was very satisfied to get what he was looking for.

I just Love Superdry winter jackets! Value for money and very stylish

Store was quiet on a wet Wednesday afternoon, I was left to browse, which I like, as the staff went about their business. Selected the lovely items I wanted and made my way to the cash desk. I was exchanging a hoodie which was too large and replacing with the items I had picked up in store. The lovely staff member behind the desk was cheery, chatty and helpful with ensuring new sizes I had selected were right fit. He made the return simple with getting what he needed from the original emailed receipt and made sure the balance left to pay was right. When he found out I was on my lunch break he hurried along to compete the sale, even offering to double bag my items due to the rain to make sure my purchase was safe in the paper carrier bag. Thank you young man, you are a credit to the store.
I love the quality of a super dry hoodie, well with the wee bit extra they cost compared to some other retailers. Can’t wait to wear them.

The collection, I like it a lot lovely color choices and variety
