Never been here before

Never been here before. Really friendly staff. Kerry and CJ are really knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell.
Love the option to get things in the warehouse shipped over to try on. There are alot of options and ideas for sustainability here.

Great order process

Great order process, can’t cancel order after though due to automation which is a bit daft. But returns and reorder process in store is great

Staff were great

Staff were great, chap was obviously going to do something and I asked a question, he stopped everything and dealt with me. In the meantime another staff member asked if I needed help.

I ordered a jacket online it didn't fit…

I ordered a jacket online it didn't fit so I returned it to local store, I chose a different style of jacket, but they didn't have my size in store so it was order by the sales assistant and was ready to be picked up within two days.
Great customer service in the store and the staff were brilliant and extremely helpful.
