Excellent customer service. They helped me with everything I needed.

I ordered a coat on 01 December but still haven’t received it even though the tracking says it’s been delivered to the Superdry store where I’m supposed to collect it. No coat but Superdry still have my money and the store said they can’t give me a replacement. Unbelievable!

Amazing coats/jackets. Great customer service in the Croydon store.

I only wish that Superdry did children's coats/Jackets

Product is so good and of high quality. Being organic cotton makes me feel more resoonsible for the environment

when i went to pick up my order the staff were very flippant with their customer service

Had to go to the Croydon store twice to no avail. Up to today, I've not received an email from Superdry saying the order arrived

Awful. The jeans didn’t fit, the return label did not work I ended up taking the jeans to a store, I was promised a return receipt which never came - and neither has the refund - I may have to return to the store again, complete waste of time and energy.

I bought superdry slipper for my holiday at may this year I didn’t wear it at all before I travelled for 1 month holiday in august in this period of time on my holiday I only wear it and the glue come off so the sides are opened customer service not really helpful cos I didn’t keep the receipt cos I thought it’s reliable slipper and will last longer.I know the day I bought but I paid cash so they don’t bother to trace it for me.their quality is not good at all and customer service bad too and replying after ages.very disappointed .

I ordered from you last week, for 4 days it has still been saying it’s at the depot!! WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!! 😤

I never got told it was in store and tweeted on Twitter and even now not heard if item has come in

Staff were extremely helpful, searched and found my out of stock item on line, ordered it and then arranged a pick up from the store with no P&P. Amazingly it arrived the next day, so I just popped in to get it. All very easy, staff so helpful and polite, highly recommend my Croydon store.

Needed a heavy winter coat quickly and found what I needed (amazing jacket). When chatting with the staff about different jackets, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They really helped me.

Ordered a jumper online and it was sent with a security tag on it. I took it to superdry in croydon and they ordered me a new jumper which arrived promptly. The staff at croydon were very quick and professional.

Really good stuff Superdry & Hermes. I have lusted after Superdry clothes my whole life and only now have enough spare cash to indulge. I love the retro vibes and block colours. Delivery was fast, great communication and all delivered inncardboard/brown paper. Can't fault it really.

The website was user friendly. I was able to view and order the products that i liked. Ordered the items to be picked up from the store so it was very fast. I also received email notification. When i visited the store, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The items i ordered were true to size and look great!
