Great customer service from Stacie in tbe Crawley store

I ordered 2 hoddies & 2 tshirts but the tshirts didn't fit very well, so I went to the Crawley store on Wedneday morning to return them but the store opened 30 minutes later than I thought. I only had 5 minutes left on my carpark ticket & something went wrong with the till but Stacie who served me said I could leave the items with her & she would sort it out for me. By the time I got home my return had be completed. GREAT customer service from Stacie & thank you for your help.

Quick delivery

Quick service. Ordered on a Bank Holiday Monday and received in store the next day. Amazing service. Good quality clothing as well.

Easy simple quick and helpful

Actually our purchase started in store when my son tried on a jacket that was too big for him. A member of staff offered to check online for us and came back with the size we wanted so I ordered from the store. So simple. The staff member was super helpful. The Jacket came pretty quickly. So, thanks so much Super-dry team.
