Very disapointed
I have not recieved my purchase. It was due on Monday 14/10/24 we were in all day and it still hasnt arrived. I have sent a e- mail to care customer services but had no reply. Can you please look into this matter urgently.

Cute but short of 5 star
The girls in store were very sweet, but lacking a bit in actual useful engagement, like helping find the right sized garments, not just pointing you to the aisle

Security tag left on
I have to go back to the shop to have the security tag removed as the shop assistant forgot to remove it from my shirt. As you can imagine this is a very frustrating waste of my time.

My partner ordered a coat about a month ago, which has not turned up, emails sent to tell them but they chose to ignore, never trust a company with no phone number, do not use.
