Superdry - Chelmsford Recenzje 

Went into the Chelmsford branch after seeing a dress online- I wanted to try it on. The two people working couldn’t have been more helpful. The shop didn’t have exactly what I wanted, but with their help I got the dress ordered. They were so friendly, I appreciated actually going into the physical store rather than online. They even helped with advice on parking because I work in Chelmsford, and parking is really problematic. When I collected the dress, again the lady was brilliant, and the girl in the changing room made my day with her reaction to my dress!

Friendly, fast and informative re how quickly the refund would be completed and hassle free. I even received suggestions on other items I may prefer/wish to try on.

All was ok but would not be easy to make a return as no postage/return paperwork with delivery and accessing return policy and paperwork from internet seemed pretty complex, possibly to put one off making a return

Beautiful coat, super warm and really nice quality.
It is very puffy, so can be hard to drive in.

It comes up slightly small so I sized up, also the sleeves are nice and long. Other similar coats in the shop had shorter sleeves so if you are taller or long limbed then this is ideal for you.

Outer shell is soft, making it cosier than some others.

Had a great experience at the Chelmsford store when I went in to buy a coat for winter. The shop assistant Taniya was patient and helped me find the right fit and colour.
Would definitely buy from them again, customer service was 10/10!

Parcel came on day stated. Parcel wrapping very good quality, without going overboard. Coat in perfect condition. Coat is Christmas present for my partner, sure she will love it.

Ordered different sizes on line as unsure of best fit for my son and returned to my local store the jacket that was too small. Received excellent helpful and professional service and money refunded promptly. Jacket is, as always, excellent quality. Only negative is it would have benefitted from a zipped inside pocket.
