The woman was very helpful in the Bristol store

The staff was very calm during the issue with payment.

I went into the branch in Cabot circus in Bristol to return a coat and chase up a missing replacement online order. I was served by Morgan whose customer service was excellent. She was charming, polite, friendly and very helpful and chased up my missing order with an effective result. Very pleasant experience.

I purchased over £300 worth of items from the Cabot store in Bristol. Theis is the closest store to me and is over 40 minutes away.
Unfortunately when I came to wear an item I saw there was still a security tag attached ( it happens sometimes I know)
I contacted customer services as I am unable to return to the store and I was hoping that I could return the one with the tag and they send me a replacement.

I was told this was not possible. I was also told that I can either return to the store ( I could not) but I’d be better off attending another shop and ask them to remove it for me.

This ain’t possible for me. This item in question is £79.99 and I won’t be able to wear it as the tag is in a prominent position.

The store staff were excellent and these things happen but this isn’t my fault and customer services couldn’t have been less helpful

I ordered a puffer jacket from Superdry two weeks ago, with an expected delivery date of 4th November. On the Superdry website, it showed that my order was delivered on that date. However, when I went to the Cabot Circus, Bristol store to collect it, they told me they hadn’t received it. I showed them the tracking details and all the proof on my phone, but they still refused to help and just said they’d email me when the jacket arrived.

After waiting for days with no update, I finally received an email today saying my order is now ready for collection. This whole experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I wasted time and effort chasing an order that should have been handled properly in the first place.

I’m totally dissatisfied with Superdry’s service and will not be shopping with them again. I also won’t be recommending this company to anyone. Very poor communication and customer service

I love the trousers and the jacket,I wanted them long Time but didn't find ín another shop.not cheap but good quality so its worth it to buy . The young assistant was só helpful and kind and patient, ordered the side what I needed and wasnt ín stock ín the Shop . Thank you!

Loved the new cult range it made us come into store, we met Daisy and Etalie at Boardmasters and saw them wearing lots of Superdry! We did have to buy on mine for some of the item as as not enough sizes in the store sadly x
