I understand Shoplifting is a big…

I understand Shoplifting is a big problem in Brighton. And I know how difficult it can be to monitor as I have my own shop, but a customer should not be made to feel like a criminal. There was at least 5 members of staff watching my every move making me feel really uncomfortable as I went about the shop, but not not one of them asked if I needed any help.Very poor customer service.

I love Superdry and the guys in…

I love Superdry and the guys in Brighton did excellently. However, I don’t know when and where I’ll buy something from the brand, because there’s no store in Switzerland where I’m located.
