My original visit to purchase garment…

My original visit to purchase garment was fine, I had a receipt for garment purchased for grandson, who returned garment without receipt. Unfortunately and understandably they refused to allow exchange without receipt. His mother went with him and the staff made her feel they had stolen the garment. I went with Copy from my bank statement and they gave me a refund.
And took the trouble to check up purchase date.

Super helpful

Didn’t have my size on the rack but I didn’t get the standard “if it’s not out, we don’t have it”, instead an order was placed and it was delivered to my house in 2 days!

I wasn’t sure that I had ordered the right item but the young lady in the Basingstoke store was very happy to inspect the parcel with me and provide alternatives to check that I had the right item. Great service Basingstoke store xxx

Lovely ladies working in Basingstoke…

Lovely ladies working in Basingstoke shop. Very patient and helpful. Helped us to order a right size of a jacket with home delivery. There were no myhing that would have been too much to ask about. Thank you!

Would buy from again

Easy to order in the shop when they didn't have the size in stock. Quick and simple. Delivered a few days later. However, they use Evri deliveries which are really bad at notifications and say they have posted when they haven't.

Excellent Service

I went to my local Superdry in Basingstoke and the lady was very friendly. She explained the sizes I was looking for were only available online.

The lady took my order and the products were delivered within few days. I am very happy with the professionalism and service of the staff.
