My pull cords arrive 2 week before the expected time along with a thank you for the purchase.

Fast shipping - Good communication

Very poor customer service. Ordered emerald green organza bags for my wedding, when I received them, they were lime green. When I message them, they essentially said it's my fault for not recognising that lighting could alter the colour slightly. These were two entirely different colour products mind! They said I could get a partial refund as the products were still 'fit for purpose' after more messaging they agreed to give me a full refund but insist I give them high ratings and they won't accept lower than a 3. This was written in every email to myself and made it seem like I wouldn't be getting my money back unless I give them a decent rating. I don't care about the money at this point: just don't want anyone else being ripped off

I was pretty sceptical at first due to their very low prices and coming from China to the UK but I ordered a pair of replacement pads for an expensive set of headphones and with express postage was less than a quarter the cost on Amazon. I thought I should give it a go and fair enough the parts were great and here in just over a week so top stuff!

Advice against using this company.ordered my new born baby a photo prop rug.arrived today with dirty stains over it. Some kind of sticky substance at the edges and the whole thing is just molting away all over me.absolutely disgusting to think u could put a baby on this!
Stay clear of this company. Demanding a full refund.worth paying bit more for a better company

I just received my first order from SuntekStore and I am very, very happy with both the overall service they provided and the quality of the product that I ordered. Normally, I am quite cautious about ordering directly with overseas sellers. This one is clearly trustworthy, professional and committed to exceeding the expectations of their customers.

I bought goods from what was shown as a UK store. Nothing in delivery that goods coming from abroad on website or on the order confirmation.
They took payment then told I needed to pay import duty which added 30% to the cost of the goods!
I complained and said I would not accept the order and they said they could not refund and customs would destroy the goods if I did not accept them.
PayPal were useless as they can not get involved if there is customs duty to pay so the bank is now trying to get the money back. THIS IS A SCAM SO BUYER BEWARE!!!
