This month I had an opportunity to buy an apartment in Mahmutlar thanks to Summer Home Real Estate. When instead of going directly to viewings Ahmed offered help with opening a bank account I thought they were scammers, but because I was short in time, I accepted the offer. That morning they took me to Alanya's gov centre to get a gov tax code, took me to the solicitors and translators, helped me to avoid any queue at the bank and put my cash on my account. This was a great experience in the first few hours before the viewings. It would have taken me weeks, I think, to deal with those on my own.
I had viewings with three estate agents in overall, but the properties by Summer Estate were honestly best ones, having in mind my modest budget. I fell in love with one apartment straight away and in two weeks time it was already mine.
All this time the gentlemen from this agency were supporting me and my mother, who was with me and very sick, unfortunately.
Straight after I got the keys, Volkan arranged the locker change, Emre took me to the electric appliances shop and to the furniture shops. They took me to so many furniture shops and were very helpful in advice. They weren't trying to foist just anything to me, their advice were useful from the prospective for future renting and I agreed with many of them.
Right now they are working on the application for an official short term rent, receiving the deliveries of furniture to the apartment, checking whether nothing is damaged and keeping me updated on anything.
