Odpowiedź od Style & Apply
Hi Jonathan,
So sorry to hear that you have not received your order as of yet. I just checked the USPS website and it reads that your package is schedule for delivery tomorrow, July 16th. Unfortunately, we have experienced numerous delays with scanning and processing time with USPS since the beginning of the pandemic. I have refunded your expedited shipping charges as a gesture of goodwill.
I do apologize for your inconvenience. Please let me know if I may assist you further in any way : ) Have a great day!
Kindest regards,
Shannon

2 Failed attempts to Fulfill Order...and then
Style & Apply have made two attempts to fulfill my order, the first on June 16 which apparently got lost, and a second attempt on June 22. Neither shipment has made it any further than the USPS office in San Diego so I have requested a full refund so I will see how it goes.
Anyway, the next day two orders for the same product arrive simultaneously. The decal is excellent and just as advertised. Not sure what to do with decal No2? I have upgraded my review from 1 to 4 stars.

Excellent decal
Excellent decal. Nice detail. Easily applied. Only drawback was it took USPS 24 days to deliver it "Priority Mail."

I paid $4.99 for 3 day shipping and have not received my order or an email about my order. I purchased a $25.00 item with no idea when I will receive it. I paid for the Express delivery because of needing it by the end of this week. Why charge for Express delivery if you can not get the item here by the time promised.

Odpowiedź od Style & Apply
Hi Lisa,
Thank you for reaching out. Your order will ship today via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail as you requested express delivery. You should receive your tracking number in a separate email. It is shipping on time since everything we do is made to order and our production time is 1-2 business days. However, as a gesture of goodwill we have refunded your expedited shipping charge.
I do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Please let me know if I may assist you further in any way : ) Have a great day!
Kindest regards,

I have purchased a few pieces from this company. The quality is excellent and the service is very good. I will only purchase wall art from them moving forward. They have a lot to choose from. I’m a satisfied customer.
