Ordered from Stussy for a Christmas present and the item has been lost by Evri. Stussy are ignoring my emails and refusing to take responsibility, they have the contract with the delivery company not me. Will be taking this further with our consumer rights.

Bought a stussy hat on 12/5/22. Get an email 4 days later stating my order was cancelled. NO reason given whatsoever. All my order info was correct. The hat is still listed as available for sale on their website allowing this to happen to someone else. Very little time to buy a new xmas present now. Your order can't be trusted with this company. They conduct business in a very sloppy and greedy way. What a joke!

Awful customer service, as stated with other reviews, 3-5 days for processing oder ( turned out to be 7 days ) sizing of clothes and descriptions completely inaccurate. Classic leans are not well, classic..tried them on after a 2 week wait from order to delivery and they looked awful on. Leg far too wide and long, not what was described. Could not fill in returns request online ( screen freezing ) For the price Srussy charge they should be truly ashamed at their awful service and inaccurate descriptions! I'd give no stars if possible. Avoid at all cost

I CANT RETURN MY ITEMS FOR OVER 200 EUROS. THE RETURN WEBSITE DOESN´T WORK AND CAN´T GET A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM DISAPPOINTED. I HATE IT. DON´T BUY FROM STUSSY.

SCAMMERS! *please read*

Ordered on their online website where it takes 3-5 business days to PROCESS an order. Then 3-7 to SHIP the order. It’s been more than 7 days and they haven’t processed an order. I asked to cancel the order and customer service said “it’s requested but not guaranteed” If it’s not processed or even shipped yet why isn’t it guaranteed? Horrible.

As per other reviews, the fulfilment and returns process at Stussy is shocking.
After paying £7 for a 'premium' delivery with an estimate of 3-5 days, the delivery took 2 weeks to arrive at my doorstep .... 2 teeshirts so a small package. This being too late (the items were gifts and therefore inconveniencing me to find other gifts in the meantime) I now have 2 t-shirts that Stussy are wanting me to pay £10 to return.

So, £17 out of pocket and massively inconvenienced. Thanks indeed Stussy - one world, one love huh!

Tried ordering a pair of converse, when I went to purchase the shoes, I was told that my payment was unsuccessful twice. I checked my bank to see that both payments went through. There’s no way to cancel items on the website which is a huge red flag. I emailed them because that’s their only form of contact, how convenient. I originally considered that it could’ve been a glitch in the system but after reading these reviews, I’m sure it’s purposefully done. I disputed both charges with my bank, hopefully my $250 will be reimbursed especially since I know I won’t get the shoes.

Mixup with US/UK sizes on website resulted in wrong size being delivered. Customer service unresponsive and returns portal was temperamental. Beware of 14 days returns policy and £10 returns fee....almost feels like a money making scam by sending out wrong product and making the customer pay more to return. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this website!

Shocking customer service.

Upon confirm Inwas told it would take 3-5 days to process my order. Yes! Process. Before this is even alloyed to distribute and send the item out. Given in mind they charged me £7 to deliver!

Chat function that doesn’t work.
No reply to emails sent to customer service.

Terrible - i've placed several orders over the last few months and after 5 days I recieve an email saying " your order was cancelled and refunded due to stock unavailability."

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service - didn’t reply to my request after 5/6 attempts after acknowledging my first question - blatantly ignored, they sent ME a damaged item and I have to spend £10 to return it - truly mind blowing and so so disappointing

After realising that I accidentally purchased the item in the wrong size, I requested to cancel and received an email saying that my request had been submitted however was not guaranteed. I then went to return the item. However, I then found that return postage is another £10.00 for even small, light packages such as T shirts. This was non refundable along with my original shipping meaning that I am left £17.00 out of pocket for returning a small item that I tried to cancel. If you can avoid using the stussy site at all I would recommend it and switch to other retailers which stock it and in my experience provide much better service and much more inexpensive or even free returns.

HORRIBLE customer service.
After mailing them for a return, they took two weeks to provide proper return instructions and then mention that I can only return an order within two weeks after I received it.

Not ever buying from this site again

tshirt was too big, XL is massive but I am a xl with most tshirt makes. All i wanted was an exchange but they wanted £10 to send it back!!!!! £10 absolute joke just buy from another outlet that does free exchanges like every clothing company I have ever bought from.

Bonjour, nous sommes aujourd’hui le 11/07/2022 et depuis le mois de mai c’est à dire maintenant 2 mois j’attend toujours mon remboursement pour une commande qui a été retournée par l’expéditeur.
Le service client répond une fois sur 2 et est
très incompétent.
Site a fuir, je ne recommande absolument pas.
Vous ne recevrez pas vôtre produit, en cas de retour le remboursement prend minimum deux mois et le service client et très incompétent.
Hello, today is 08/07/2022 and since May, that is to say now 2 months, I am still waiting for my refund for an order that has been returned by the sender. Customer service responds half the time and is very incompetent. Site to flee, I absolutely do not recommend. You will not receive your product, in case of return the refund takes at least two months and the customer service is very incompetent.
Hallo, heute ist der 07.08.2022 und seit Mai, also jetzt 2 Monate, warte ich immer noch auf meine Rückerstattung für eine vom Absender retournierte Bestellung. Der Kundenservice reagiert die Hälfte der Zeit und ist sehr inkompetent. Website zu fliehen, kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Sie erhalten Ihr Produkt nicht, im Falle einer Rücksendung dauert die Rückerstattung mindestens zwei Monate und der Kundenservice ist sehr inkompetent.

Do I even need to convince you just look at the awful reviews they have. Chasing for a full refund after returning all the items back and not receiving a full refund, they barley reply to emails and their live chat is always offline. If you can, definitely buy from other retailers who actually give a crap about their customers.

appalling "customer service" if you can call it that. Didn't post my items for over a week and didn't send the sizes listed (it's a UK website they should be UK sizes). I returned the order using their own returns portal and yet they are now claiming they haven't received the return (5 days after it was delivered to them). Shocking from such a big brand.
