Last May I bought a battery from this company. Used it straight away when received. It did not work. Contacted the company and was asked to return it. Did so. Emailed to the company (was communicating with Alan Stanley) and explained in details that I followed the instruction, but it did not work. After all checks he emailed me that nothing was wrong with the buttery and blamed me for doing this deliberately.
The service was so poor and the company took advantage of difficult time (lockdown) and did not refund the money for that buttery.
DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY, it is dishonest. Better pay in a shop and know what you buy.
I was honest with you and put the buttery in the same original packaging. You were not honest, I am afraid. I would not waste my time. The time was so precious for me because I was leaving the country and I needed it for my laptop.

Shortly after placing an order for a new graphics card, I received a call from Jim who explained they had an opened product (returned) in stock and gave me the option to accept this or wait for an unopened option. I was offered a discount for the opened / unused product which I took.

The product arrived well packaged next day. I installed same day and it worked seamlessly.

I appreciated the the call to inform me of this position. Some suppliers wouldn't bother.
The purchasing process included a confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email.

Based on that positive experience I'd recommend
stuff-uk.

I bought a replacement part that these guys seemed to be the only one in the country who actually had stock.

Ordered through the website, delivery was completed within the time promised (actually a bit quicker) couldn't be happier.

Didn't have to contact the customer services team, so couldn't comment on response times, etc.

Very poor customer relations. Bought Wacom pad 10 x 6 pad CTL 672 N and stylus. Tested it and it was very squeaky and the pen was not sharp for online teaching. I packed it and took 3 days to print the return label. Eventually I posted it. The response from Stuff Uk was you used the product and there were some items missing. Therefore they were going to refund only part of what I had paid for the product. Or they would post the product back to me, but I had already told them it’s not suitable for my needs. So I just told them refund whatever but I will not buy from them again.

APPALLING customer service. DO NOT USE this company.
I only ever like to write positive reviews, I can honestly say this is the first negative review I've written, on anything.

An order delivered by UPS was supposedly signed for by an employee who doesn't exist, we never receive the order.

Customer support were the worst I have ever experienced. They were surly and incredibly rude when I simply asked (very politely) for a refund of a product we never received. They point blank refused, implying that we were lying and must have used an incorrect address (we hadn't, all other deliveries, including UPS reach us at the same address). The product was over £400 and we are a small business, so this is a lot to us.

UPDATE:
We are based at a former school site, so the school name is the first line of our address. We have been here 3 years and NEVER not received a parcel to this address. We are unable to send 'a signed letter from the school bursar' as the school hasn't functioned as a school for a long time. You were using this to evade paying a refund as you were perfectly aware that this is impossible.

It's now nearly March and we are yet to receive a refund.

When I investigated reporting the customer services department, it transpired that the customer service contact I was emailing was also the owner of the company which is interesting.

Amazing shop.
Ordered late on Friday and received my parcel on Saturday morning.
Amazing how fast they managed to send such a massive parcel.
Really great selection of goods with even better pricing.
I hope more shops can be like them.

I ordered a WiFi booster. The service was brilliant, the product arrived early and I now have a strong WiFi signal throughout my house.

Made a search online for an iPad Pro and the said company comes up: spendid specifications and exceptionally competitively priced. Called the company by phone because of a web site problem and the operative (the boss?) was extremely helpful. Got the link in my email and bingo, I paid securely online; and I received the item a day and half later as advertised. Well, the company deserves my praise and my commendation to its frontline staff for being effective, effcient and professionally friendly. Well done, stuff-uk.net, long might you stay amongst the best at the top.

I’ve given five stars because of great service even though there was a short one day delay on my expected next day delivery. There was a problem with their distributor, but Stuff-UK sales team sorted it out very quickly - great quick communicators. They even refunded my next day delivery cost without me even asking!

PURCHASED AIR PURIFIER UNIT WHICH BECAME FAULTY AFTER 9 DAYS AND THEY ARRANGED COLLECTION FOR A REFUND AS I REQUESTED. WHEN I ASKED WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE MY REFUND I WAS TOLD IN THEIR WORDS "CURRENTLY UPTO 14 DAYS, NORMALLY SOONER". FROM ALL THE EMAILS I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM THERE WAS NOT ONE APOLOGY, NOT FOR THE ITEM BECOMING FAULTY OR THE FOR THE DELAY IN THE REFUND UP UNTIL YESTERDAY AFTER 2 WEEKS WHEN I MENTIONED IT. NOW THEY SAY I WILL GET MY REFUND ON OR BEFORE THE 12TH AUGUST AND IN THEIR WORDS "WE ARE WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION OF A REFUND FROM FELLOWES". I PURCHASED THE UNIT FROM STUFF-UK NOT FELLOWES THE MANUFACTURER OF THE UNIT SO THAT IS THEIR PROPLEM NOT MINE. IMAGINE IF ALL RETAIL OUTLETS HAD THAT ATTITUDE OVER THE RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS PURCHASED AND THEIR CUSTOMERS HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE SUPPLIERS OR MANUFACTURERS SETTLED WITH THEM FIRST. AVOID AND BUY ELSEWHERE. I HAVE NOW PUT IN A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL TO GET MY REFUND ..........

I recently needed to replace the cracked LCD panel in my Dell Alienware 15 R3 laptop. Unfortunately, as Dell had a whitelist of LCD panels encoded into the laptop's bios I needed an exact replacement with Dell part number (0F7HH2) in order to keep the G-Sync and brightness functions of the laptop.

Other suppliers had previous delivered 'compatible parts', which meant that the aforementioned functions were lost. After 4 attempts at sourcing a LCD panel from other suppliers, all of whom reassured me that the parts they supplied would work (they didn't) I stumbled across Stuff-UK. Using their search function I was easily able to find a genuine Dell replacement LCD with the Dell part number 0F7HH2. Having made my order the LCD arrived a few days later, securely packaged and as described had the correct Dell part number printed on LCD's identification label. All the other identfication markings were identical to the original LCD. On installing this worked exactly like my old LCD panel. Thank you!

I've given Stuff-UK 5 stars due to the ease of finding a genuine Dell part and quick processing of my order. If I were to make any criticism, and I hope Stuff-UK take this constructively, it would be to suggest that Stuff-UK make it more obvious that they can source genuine Dell parts.

I wouldnt even give them a star if I didn't have to.
So, the story goes, I see and order a new graphics card for my pc on Thursday, granted after 5...so was happy to wait a day or so to see whats happening.
With no contact what so ever by the Monday, my partner Emails them. 2 hours later a reply comes "your order has not been shipped and we don't know why, we will get back to you."
She then phones, to be told, nope it hasn't went, there is a flag on the order and its not likely to go tomorrow either.
So we want to cancel the order to be told its gonna be 48hours to get the refund...so I now have to wait 2 more days before I can even try to order a new card.

Place is a joke, do your self a favour and AVOID!!!

You are right...it was 56 mins to reply to the email, this is still 26 mins outside of your customer pledge of 30
I also note that you never mentioned that we had to contact yourselves first to get any feed back.
As also stated your email reply gave us no other information other than...its not being sent, we don't know why.(very informative)
I also find it hilarious that you state this is a stocking issue. This was never said to us over the phone...only that it was "flagged"
Nothing more, when at the time you had 10 in stock. So I propose the question, are you liar or just incompetent?

As for you 18 minute refund....it is 3 hours after this and the money is still showing missing from my credit card.

So let's recap...you didnt contact me to tell me you had no stock. You were showing 10......ah..by 6pm you no longer have it listed at all.(let's see how long that lasts)
I still dont have the money back.

1 last little update. Its 6.30pm over 3 hours after your "issued" refund...and your site is still showing a "current order" no notes to say its been cancelled...nor has it been moved to "previous orders"??

Thought I would finish off with an update, refund finally received 2 days later...time to buy from some other store.

Really good price and quicker than expected delivery - very impressed and will buy from Stuff-uk again.

I ordered for the first time ever from this site and as always there is a slight nervousness in doing this. Simple transaction for a piece of laptop compatible memory. Goods arrived well wrapped and in the timescale specified. Worked perfectly and was in great condition on arrival. Seller comms were good and informative with full tracking info. Would use again.

5* Company, will definitely use again! They were the cheapest online and replied to all of my emails within half an hour, dont get that from any other companies! I was a little concerned when I firstly looked at the reviews but most of the 1 star reviews are daft, wanting full refunds after 5 months, come on people! Look forward to using these again. 10/10!

Fantastic Customer Service

Was told to use Stuff-UK by HP who no longer stocked a legacy power cable and adaptor for my HP Monitor. Ordered the parts from Stuff UK and although the warehouse in Denmark didn't get my order here by the next working day that was paid for, Stuff-UK refunded me all shipping costs without me asking for it and got it there the very next day. The manufacturer also sent a euro power cable that I had to use a travel adaptor to fit in the socket, 3 days later again without having to ask and just assuming that was how they came, Stuff UK sent out a UK power cable at no extra charge to me. Excellent and friendly service, will go straight to them next time I need any computer components or cables etc.
