Ordered lunchtime Tuesday, delivered Wednesday by 10am. Can’t ask for a better service other merchants could learn a lot from the system and procedures strukta have in place.

I brought a rood vent and adaptor and…

I brought a rood vent and adaptor and was charged £80 and the following day I found the exact same unit for £40 on amazon. I feel they are very expensive nowadays. and they don't carry that much stock anymore.

Started with an order ok

Started with an order ok, then nothing went right!! Waiting to hear back from Strukta on how they are going to deal with all the problems/ costs I incurred before I say any more. As of the 31st March it has not been resolved

Early opening is a great idea.

Being open at 6.30 in the morning is a great idea, I can pick up the things I need and still be on site at 7.30.
I’ve been using Weybridge branch recently and Darren in that branch is great.
Product range is good and priced reasonably too.

Better now garry's gone

Bournemouth branches prices are not bad. well stocked shop.cheapest place for Lintels.
Ginger lukes very professional and always helpful ,as are the other staff.
OH and the coffees nice :0)

No crane on lorry to off load delivery

I ordered a delivery on Friday and I wasn't made aware the delivery lorry would not be fitted with crane lift. I left my wife at home alone. so we re-arranged a delivery for 9am next working day and didn't receive it until around 2pm. Very disappointed.
