Item still hasn’t been received sent emails no response then had a text today 12th almost a month to says it’s been delivered at 2.46 but have been home all day very disappointing . I bought 2 phones with different reference numbers but when they said it’s been delivered it under one reference. All emails have bounced back and when your trace the item with post code it tells you post code is invalid. It’s a whole full month tomorrow 13/10/26 . Very stressful and am sure they do this to people all the time

Goods never received

I bought a Samsung A16 phone after paying with pay pal i received an automated message acknowledging my purchase and that was it!!!!, after waiting until the 4th business working days i emailed them because i had not had any details about the shipping and they had promised to deliver within 3 days i got an email 4 days later saying they would look into it, i heard nothing for nealy another week so i emailed them again and they said they had initiated a refund nearly another week goes by no refund so went to paypal and got my money back,absolutely dreadful customer service or i should say none at all, avoid like the plague, 3 days after my purchase i get an email asking me how i was enjoying my new purchase what a joke

If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered an iPhone12 on 14/09/26. Expected delivery was 3-5 days. It has still not arrived exactly 2 weeks later. Despite over a dozen attempts to contact Customer Services by telephone (no one is ever available to answer calls, it seems), email and their online contact form, I have only had one response from them saying that they would look into the matter with the despatch team. That was 5 days ago and I have not heard anything further since then. I've resorted to getting a refund via the Paypal Buyer Protection Programme.
I understand that items can go missing, but to have a Customer Services that is so unresponsive is a terrible business model.

My order never arrived. I looked at other sites including the manufacturer and no one has this item in stock so I doubt they will be able to supply it. I have sent an email for a refund as I am unable to get a reply on the phone number supplied.

I never received my order. I emailed and rang customer care I never received a response. The voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. I then raised a complaint and eventually some one called me back only to tell me my watch had not been ordered. I asked for a refund and despite being told I would get this I am still waiting!! If I do not get by 19th I am going to report Stronics to the trading standards. I would never recommend you to anyone a disgrace

After confirming my appointment, nobody ever arrived. They never responded to texts or follow ups on their website, either.

Item hasn’t arrived (doesn’t look like it’s even been dispatched!) and no response to my emails

I ordered a pretty expensive gift for my husband (£68) and the website stated it should have arrived within 3-7 working days. 14 days later, and still no sign of the gift! I contacted them with all my info, asking very politely if they could please chase it up for me. They responded with a one line sentence - You will be refunded as the order is now outside the specified delivery time. That was it - no apology, no explanation, and no advice as to what to do going forward. I daren't risk ordering the item again, as no idea whether or not it would arrive pending a second attempt?!

I did appreciate the swift management of the situation re: giving me a refund, but honestly, the communication and customer servicewas pretty poor. I was not given a reason for the issue, nor was I asked if I'd like to re-order, or anything else helpful.

It's just a bit sad, because I was excited to start advertising this company as an affiliate! But now I don't feel I can do so any more in good conscience, sadly :(
