The delivery was prompt.
The bed was well packaged.
The instructions were ok, but could have been better, it felt like there was a page missing in the middle. I didn't have internet to watch the videos (new house).
There was ample spare parts (which actually caused some confusion 🤣).
It took us 3 people 3 hours to build.
The Alan Keys provided were rubbish.
The bed feels sturdy and safe and it is exactly what I wanted. We bought the Oscar mid sleeper small double. My son loves it.
The mattress is very soft.

Part of me wants to be harsh with this review because the bed was an absolute nightmare to build and i lowkey wanted to burn it BUT after hiring someone to help, going slightly rogue with the build, it is built and it is really good. The delivery was good too, no problems whatsoever. All in all, I would recommend.

Bed is great, easy to build. Lovely to have real wood. Issue with damaged packaging on delivery addressed professionally and with quick answers.

It was quite straight forward to assemble the bed, All of the necessary bits and bobs were present and packaged well.

Amazing product and professional kind delivery. We used this company before for our kind bunk beds, they were solid and robust and lasted until we no longer needed them. Seeing that they did other bed sizes and styles we got one for ourselves and it did not disappoint. Clear instructions, all bolts and extras included. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

I deliberately chose this bed because it was advertised as British made, expecting a better product and better customer service.

Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.

The instruction booklet is poor. The photos are small and low quality, the layout is confusing, and it made assembly far more difficult than it needed to be. Despite carefully following the instructions, cleaning the pre-drilled holes as advised and using the supplied Allen key, several of the supplied bolts rounded off before they were fully tightened. The damaged bolts became stuck in the bed, meaning they couldn't simply be replaced without risking damage to the timber.

I was forced to buy additional brackets and fixings at my own expense just to make the bed feel secure enough to use. For a brand-new bed, that is simply unacceptable.
Customer service was the biggest disappointment. Rather than acknowledging my experience, they suggested the rounded bolts could have been caused by my assembly technique and repeatedly offered replacement bolts, despite me explaining that the damaged bolts were already stuck in the bed. They refused any goodwill gesture or partial reimbursement, even though I had incurred additional costs to make the bed usable.

The finished bed is also less sturdy than I expected for the price.

Overall, I regret buying this bed. I wanted to support a British manufacturer, but I came away disappointed by both the product and the after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

Customer service was great and very easy to get in touch with. The bed frame is so sturdy and such great value for money. It was easy to assemble and when I requested a replacement screw it was sent out and received the next day.

Where to start? So many things went wrong.

1. The vendors this company uses for delivery communicate very badly. It took three attempts to receive my shipment, and then they delivered it on the wrong day and left it outside despite my asking them not to do so.

2. The instructions included in my shipment were for a different bed, not the one I had ordered. Fortunately all the instructions are available on their website, but this suggests such a packing error happens more often than not.

3. The actual wood and fixings were low quality and the assembly process was so difficult and frustrating we gave up after 3 hours. Some of the wood pieces were warped, the pre-drilled holes were off by 3 - 4 mm, and many of the connector bolts had such malformed heads we could not tighten them with the included allen key.

Such a disappointing experience. All the time wasted adds up to more than a day, and I still don't have a bed I can use.

Right off the bat, the delivery arrived much faster than expected, which was already off to a good start.
The instructions were clear and detailed with images to support and clear steps that personally I found super easy to follow.
The construction itself was pretty straight forward, but I would suggest enlisting the help of another person for sake of ease.
Finnaly the end result was brilliant, it's sturdy, feels safe and overall I'm very happy.
I definitely recommend, and I will be buying from these guys again.

Good quality floor bed. Arrived quickly

Got this bed for our six year old and he loves it. Feels really solid and it’s great that it is tested up to 20stone as it means I can sleep in it too! Recommended!

Really swift and friendly delivery by themselves too.

The ordering, customer service, quality of the product and the final built product is amazing. My son is very happy as are we. He has the small double, it’s great as if required it takes the weight of adults.

Only feedback is the instruction guide is not very clear and a little tricky to follow and I think could be quite easily improved/laid out a little better, but when you get there, it’s worth it!

Good communication from point of order to delivery day.
Being confronted with a few big boxes was a bit daunting, but once the instructions had been found, assembly was very straightforward ( I managed to assemble my double-sized cabin bed alone… which was challenging at times! )
I’m completely delighted with the end result ~ it’s very robust and well designed. Would definitely recommend

Delivery as promised. I was surprised by the number of parts involved. When assembled the beds are VERY sturdy and quality generally very good. This is a product I would recommend to others. My only thought is that the bed slats are a pfaff. My previous beds had slats connected by straps which simply laid out and held in place by blocks. This however would need bigger packaging/ costs so it’s swings and roundabouts.

Really quick delivery and the product was just what we were looking for - simple, decent quality, as described.

Great loft bed, perfect

Just bought a king-size, 4-poster Quattro with 4 drawers, and finished building it over the weekend. Haven't slept in it yet. Mattress arrived today so will update this review if needed. Looks and feels pretty solid though. Firstly: the bed and the reason for 5 stars. The bed took from 09:30 until nearly 6pm for one female to build (including coffee breaks!) so potentially block out the day! It's a beautiful bed and solid wood so well worth the price and it is a very reasonable price. Secondly: one day, someone will write instructions while a novice builds their product so that they can edit and improve the instructions. "Push the end into the end"... ? "See page 5 for the fittings" Erm, okay and which of those do I use..?! When people try to fit universal instructions for 4 different beds on to the least amount of pages(!) Thankfully, I managed to figure out when to use the Confirmat bolts. The 2 allen keys supplied were helpful but I ended up needing to use my own, S-shaped allen key, for the best fit, grip and pressure. It was super helpful to supply more screws and bolts than needed because 2 of the confirmat bolts had blunted/rounded off and couldn't be turned any further. I was able to swap them out and fully tighten. The pictures in the instructions weren't always helpful because they were black and white copies of copies. And it's no good including extra instructions in a different box that I needed to know about earlier (front panel)! I don't wanna be loosening screws after destroying my hands and wrists tightening them the day before! In the end, I just lifted the bed and got the front panel in from underneath. If you get the drawers: a helpful tip that the instructions could have mentioned, is to attach the sides so that the grooves line up at the bottom, leaving a bit of the top panel hanging over (not the end of the world if you attach those incorrectly the first time!) and then.. importantly: check the base is firmly in the bottom groove after attaching the sides. Only screw in one end of the back panel and check the base again to ensure it is sitting in all grooves. Pull / adjust it if necessary before screwing the other end of the back panel. I don't know how easy it is to adjust the base once all sides are attached.

Minor criticism of the end product: the screws are visible, as per pictures when I purchased, but I have drapes coming so they won't show anyway.

I love the look of the wood and the thickness of the base slats. The support rails (sides and centre) are very handy and the storage drawers are huge and really useful because I took up the whole room with this bed. The finished bed looks superb and I got a great workout in over the weekend.

Really glad I bought this and can't wait to test it out tonight!

Update: slept in the bed and it's still standing(!) haha it's gorgeous and my drapes arrived too - really glad I put off buying a bed until I could afford what I wanted. I have my dream bed.

Another update: flipped my mattress after a couple of weeks and one of the slats splintered and pierced one of the edges while pushing the mattress forward into place. Make sure you take the time to sand down the slats if you don't buy a mattress base. I'm not precious about things like this, so the small pull left on the mattress doesn't bother me, but it could have been worse, so lesson learned.

Terrible place to buy beds from instructions are poorly written with no proper explanation whatsoever its a bunch of close up images of pieces of wood and says "connect this to that piece of wood" absolutely awful dont buy from here if you want an easy experience while putting the bed together

along with that the quality of the wood and everything else is terrible, flimsy bendy wood, dowel rods that snap easily and cheap allen keys that get scuffed after a few minutes of use and end up not fitting into the screws

just a horrible experience from this company dont buy from them if you value your money because a £40 baby cott from argos would be way better than anything this website has to offer

The bed was delivered very promptly, and once delivered it was clearly of high quality! The assembly instructions were very straightforward, and building the bed was a breeze. Great stuff!

Delivery was on-time and packaging was adequate. The Tango 4'6" double mid loft bed is sturdy and met our expectations. The added bed shelf is extremely useful for current reading material and eyeglasses. The underbed bookcase is solid. Overall the delivery and quality of the items were good. Customer service was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with the original order and it was rectified immediately. The wood stained easily (natural wood model) so we could match other bedroom furniture.

The reasons for not awarding 5 stars are: the bookcase selected in original order for mid-rise bed via the dropdown menu appears to be that for the high rise and required that we cut it down to fit beneath the bed, it takes more than 2 people for assembly, some of the longer boards are bowed (most likely will straighten out in time), the instruction manual is a bit confusing as attempting to describe the assembly of various products all at once, and a minor hiccup with the original order (which was politely and promptly resolved).
