My colleague and I used Street PR to run a major door-drop campaign. We were very unhappy as we found numerous houses that had not received any drops. We complained to Street PR, and they agreed to do the drop again. Even on the second go, we found many houses that had not received our leaflets. I would not recommend using this company.
Paid them £5000 a few years ago and didn't deliver a single leaflet. They are all liars. Company should be shut down.
Thanks StreetPR for the fantastic campaign. The office staff were friendly and helpful and guided me through all options as well as the campaign process. The staff on the day were brilliant despite the weather. Thank you so much and we all loo forward to our next campaign in 2025.

Service was amazing until the campaign was delivered.
We used Street PR for two separate campaigns within the space of 4 weeks. Totaling to 41,000 flyers.
The customer service was excellent, until the campaign was supposedly ‘delivered’.
Our first campaign included GPS tracking. However, the second campaign did not include ‘GPS’ as they told us they did not have time to do this within our time frame, after they originally agreed to being able to do GPS again.
We have employees and a lot of account holders who fall within these postcodes for the campaign and none of which received our flyers.
We have gone back to the company about this, but they have unfortunately decided to pass blame back on to us, as a Business. They use a third company to actually deliver these items. When raising our concerns with them they said they ‘just take their word for it’ which is disgusting and disappointing when paying over £3,000 for both campaigns.
They are refusing to take any ownership for this and are saying they have followed all procedures.
Very disappointing and would not recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They promised 30 to 40 sales a day, but we ended up with none. Their staff arrived an hour late, refused to wear the promotional t-shirts or hold the flags, and spent most of the time smoking with their hoods up. They didn’t even hand out the flyers as they were supposed to.
When my team went to check on them at the train station where they were supposed to be stationed, the staff were nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, they left an hour early despite being instructed to stay. They claimed to have gathered 25 leads, but we never received any.
When we raised our concerns with the company, they dismissed our complaints and treated us as though we were lying, even after we provided photos and videos as evidence. This company is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time and resources.
