I'm aware that your service arrangement includes the collection and return my car from my house with a courtesy car, but this must be booked in advance and unfortunately this was impossible due to lack of availability. I agreed to drop the car in the workshop on the 17th of Jan and collect it on the same day. I opted for a collection on Saturday morning to avoid Friday evening rush hour traffic. However, I dropped the car on Wednesday 15th of Jan with confirmation that the car will be washed and booked for a collection at 09:30 on Saturday 18th of Jan. To my surprise I received a call late on Friday afternoon that the service was completed but no time to wash the car and it can't be collected at 09:30 due to another booking. I suggested that I could be there to collect it at 08:30, but then I was told every effort would be made to wash the car. I was there at the agreed time and the car wasn't washed, what a great disappointment. Firstly, I paid full price for the service that was supposed to include collection and return the car to my house, but this wasn't the case, and the least service "washing the car" wasn't provided either. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, sadly there is no alternative Porsche around the area except London.
