My Service Advisor, Kevin Osborne, provided absolutely outstanding service. He was professional, extremely helpful, and ensured that my PADM warning issue was resolved efficiently under warranty before my upcoming travel dates.

Nothing Surprises Me About Porsche Colchester
It was agreed that the car would be collected on Thursday and returned Friday and yet surprise surprise I receive an email on the Friday saying it cannot be sent back until Monday. As I never received the walkthrough video of the car until Monday I assume that they had not even looked at it until then so collecting it on the Thursday was a complete waste of time. Then on the Monday I am advised I can have the car back once I have paid but they cannot wash or valet the car as everyone associated with this role was not available or sick. I am now having the car supposedly returned this Thursday a whole week later as I advised I did not need it until then so let's see what happens

I needed to set up the tracker on my car but hadn’t used the my Porsche app for sometime so was having difficulty.I spoke to Ian Burrows who was extremely patient with me and most helpful.We cancelled the tracker on my current car and he set up the new one for me.Not being too tech savvy it was a great help to have such efficient assistance
