Where’s my £250 please?
Still awaiting £250.00 holding deposit to be refunded to my account from 23:01.25. The customer service from this company is appalling. I’ve been given excuse after excuse as to why I have not yet received my money. On Friday 07/02/25 I gave them my bank details again so they could issue a manual refund, I am still waiting for it. My next step is local media & BBC Watchdog to see if that makes my £250 reappear. I have spent countless hours telephoning & emailing & they clearly do not care. Stratstone Chesterfield are a joke.

We recently completed a part exchange deal on our new car with Mini Stratstone Chesterfield. The whole process end to end was seamless. The team at Stratstone made us feel valued from the get go, and made it such an enjoyable experience to purchase our new car. Made a long trip up to chesterfield from west Sussex to pick up my used mini countryman JCW, I can honestly say it was not a wasted trip. Kieran was very helpful and went the extra mile.
