Went there for an airbag recall.
Was meant to recieve a free health check - never happened.
I had to reset all my windows, key fobs and time and date on dash.
Am also still waiting for an invoice via email to confirm the work carried out.
Very dissapointing really!

Pretty poor- went in for service under service plan, comes back with various points for work; that's fine (even though I can get everything done at half the price at my local reputable garage). Agreed to authorise two bits of work, sent the set price and confirmation via email. Great. Audi then call me to chase the authorisation; advise I've already done this but fine, the lady does it again for me over the phone. Doesn't tell me the NEW price that is wildly higher than the one I authorised. Luckily I had bothered to log back in and check this before they started work. When I queried this, was simply told 'the system does this sometimes' and zero follow up. Totally unacceptable to charge one price then another without updating the customer. If your systmes do this, maybe get them fixed?? Cancelled the work and will be going elsewhere. TBH service plan not worth having, sad I'm tied in for another year else wouldn't bother using them for any maintenance.

Always excellent efficient and professional service. Gary & Abby are a pleasure to deal, real assets to the company.

Staff were polite and courteous, I was offered a drink. I was told how long the work would take and they would phone me when the car would be ready.
They did phone me. The estimate for the cost was a correct and Marissa helped me with the dashboard computer, something she went out of her way to do.
A more traditional way of writing the date for this would have been easier.

Good customer service, a nice clean car and an MoT certificate in one morning. What's not to like?

My wife and I dealt with Ian Dabill at Audi main dealer in Milton Keynes when buying our car.
Ian was professional, respectful and very patient and thorough when explaining procedures to us.
I have only had the car for 3 days so cannot comment a great deal about it's performance, except to say that it drives well.

Marisa went out of her to way to ensure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. She regularly updated me and was able to answer any difficult questions with a smile. Thank you so much :)

An issue with the car was resolved in good time but the excellent customer service really made the experience stand out; from the welcome accompanied by really listening to the issue to Jack who kept me informed every step of the way to resolution. A really positive experience.

I purchased an "approved" Audi A3 from them in July 2023 when they were trading as Jardine Motors. The car was delivered late, it had 1000miles more on the clock to when I signed the contract of sale. Both batteries for the key fobs were bringing up warning lights to say they needed replacing. The car was supposed to have a full tank of fuel upon delivery but I had to go and fill it up the day after delivery. I had to chase for this to be reimbursed, I also had to chase for replacement batteries to be be sent, only for the ones that were sent to be the incorrect batteries. I had to purchase more from my local dealership and then chase again for reimbursement.

The dealership did not apply the 12 months Roadside assist package to my purchase so it was still running under the previous owner which ran out after about 8 months from my purchase and they declined to rectify.

I have been told my car has extended warranty but it is not under my name so other Audi dealerships will not do any work on it now under that warranty as it's not in my name.

The car has had numerous faults on it since purchase and Jardine motors washed their hands of it and stopped replying to messages. The radio reception cut out and DAB stopped working whenever the heated rear windscreen was on. It has had the MMI reinstalled at least twice and still stalls occasionally. It had a safety recall. It went in to have one of the childlocks replaced and now a few months later the other childlock has a fault and needs replacing and they want me to pay for this. The car is just over 3 years old, the number of faults with it in the 15 months I have owned it are ridiculous.
Huntingdon Audi have been trying to contact them with regards to issues over the past 8 months but have had limited or no replies from them either.

Asked about a scratch on my car after a visit to dealership. Nobody responded to my query

Took my car in on Monday, today is Friday and I still don’t have a replacement vehicle. Audi assist advised your rep to call them so they can sort out a replacement vehicle for me but she refused.

I had vehicle electronic fault issue in my Audi A3. I had given my car for service for this issue. After the diagnosis they mentioned that they will call me within 2 days for switch replacement.

It’s almost a month and didn’t get any reply from them. Whenever I called they mentioned they repeated the same that they will call back.

One of the worst service Centre from Audi.
