Toilets were being painted in the…
Toilets were being painted in the morning and no alternative provided. Dropped car off at 9:45am and despite me waiting it was not ready until 6pm. Even after all this the car was not clean but I was offered a free valet if I would drive back again.

They listened to the challenge I have with my particular Audi and they where very honest and very helpful with their advice. I genuinely felt its was more about helping the customer than generating additional revenue!
