Stratco - Sunshine Coast Recenzje 12

Our initial visit was underwhelming as we were not greeted or helped until we had walked around and found what we needed and had to then ask for help,( in an empty store with 2 staff members ) which while she was efficient enough she made us feel talked down to. Once we were advised our order was ready for pickup, my husband was ignored for 30 minutes while they unloaded their delivery truck. When he asked if he could just pick up our items he was told quite rudely by the same sales person to go and park on the street and wait for an hour until they finished unloading. He was quite upset and left, and when he returned a couple of days later, this same woman yelled out to the staff member who had offered to help him carry the items and told him not to help. This person does not belong in a customer service role.

Walked into Kunda Park (Sunshine Coast) Stratco this afternoon - 2 staff at front desk and three staff members sitting in front of computers. Not one staff member acknowledged me walking into the showroom - or asked if I would like any assistance. I found what I was looking for and was in the showroom for about 15 minutes. Still no customer service.
I walked out and not one person still acknowledged me - felt like I was invisible.
A smile and greeting and good customer service is your job - I will buy somewhere else.

We had two patios and decking installed thru Stratco Kunda Park. This seemed to be a rushed job before and after Christmas. Our Main back patio was measured wrong by half a metre thus the deck goes past the roofing each side of the house.They replaced the downpipe that had our solar water overflow connected into it ,didn't replace this and it now drips onto the timber decking. Instead of putting the rear downpipe on the end of the pergola they put it halfway. When it rains we have leaks where they haven't sealed the roof on to the house ,a lot of the screws aren't below the timber and to top it off after being told they had free access to the toilet they were caught in the garden. Sorry but wouldn't recommend Stratco or have them build anything for us again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our driver Callum. Another truck delivered our new shed on the Sunshine Coast and dropped it all off in the wrong spot out the front of our house. Callum was only meant to be delivering our roller doors later the same day but he went out of his way to move it all for us with his truck and made sure it was all safely in our yard with a great attitude and friendly smile. Called to check on delivery pricing and product availability. Charelle from stratco kunda Park was super super friendly and helpful. Paid over the phone and had delivery organised within 10 minutes. Can't believe how easy and stress free the whole experience was. Thank you to the team at Kunda Park!

Staff were great with help to select the correct products to build the perfect fence. Delivery on time

Ordered online only to be told-soieben though the website shows we have stock we don’t so you have to wait 3 days and we will call you when it arrives. After 3 days no call so I waited another 2 and then called to be told yes stock is here. Collected but sadly 2 of the 3 cabinets were dented but as it was so much effort to return I opted to keep them.

Bought some shelves online. They were at a decent price. Ordering was stright forward with pick up available 4 hours later.
